Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

AutoNation USA KatyReviews
AutoNation USA Katy review
This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

Awesome car! Always ahead of its time with tec. For a huge luxury sedan, it gets up and goes. Has been overall very dependable. Every issue its had was a recall besides normal maintenance... so other then driving a loaner for a day its been super dependable.

Jet's Auto SalesReviews
Jet's Auto Sales review
I recently bought a 2007 Jaguar XK with 64k miles on it from JET AUTO and it was an out of state purchase. I live on a military base in VA and performed the whole transaction online. Since it was out of state I needed the car professionally inspected and they very welcoming of a professional inspection. When we got the condition report back we traded notes and they adjusted the price. Greg did one price "out the door" including SHIPPING the car. And to boot I got the car THE NEXT DAY!! Yes 24 hrs - I was shocked. Greg arranged everything, and did it super fast! Honestly, I've never had a car buying transaction go this smoothly - and the fact it was online made it even better. At the end of the day I would go to Jet again for another car. Sure I'd get a professional inspection of the car first, but I certainly would not hesitate one bit using Jet for a purchase. I love the car and if you use JET ask for Greg.

Great guys! Friendly, open, honest. Listened to what I needed. Looked at a couple vehicles but we didn’t have quite the match I was looking for. I really would enjoy working with these folks compared to some of the other used car dealers you come across. They have my contact info so we may find a deal yet.

Coulter dealerships have been very good to me with the vehicles I have bought from them in the past. Coulter Cadillac was the best experience yet. I got a great deal and I know it! The deal was mostly done on line and did not change the day the xt6 was picked up. This is not the usual dealership experience. No wonder Coulter has been around for 100 years. Thank you very much, Steve and Nancy

Jaguar Land Rover Riverside review
I dealt with Aaron . After buying many Range Rovers over the years this was by far the most professional, enjoyable , super slick buying process. The car needed a few details corrected as you want as a buyer the car to be mint. He delivered it on time and I couldn’t stop smiling. The car exceeded my expectations from the presentation to the detail work I wanted. Buying cars can be a long stressful day. This was a joy. This dealership should be commended. Added bonus lovely lady serving delicious coffee and croissant. Epic experience

2014 BMW 750 review
This car has it all. For long road trips or short commutes. Very big in the back. I fit 2 car seats and there is room for an adult to sit in the middle.
