Ocean Honda of Burlingame review
Amazing service!!! Great manager and super helpful dealers! Definitely the place to go if you want a car. At Ocean Honda, cars are sold at a reasonable price by friendly staff. Our dealer, Alder Lee was very friendly too. The manager was also quite great!

I don’t trust many places to service my BMW, but this is definitely the spot! The customer service is always a 10/10, and they do their best to accommodate you. I always work with Kevin, and he’s great! I really appreciate how detailed and thorough they are, you can tell that quality and taking care of their customers are a top priority. Highly recommend! :)

Select Motors review
Just received my Alpina B6 that I purchased sight unseen and had shipped to the East Coast. I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. Thank you very much, Horatiu! (This review is being posted on other sites - the fact that I am bothering to do this when I never post reviews should tell you something)

Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

Peter Pan BMW review
I recently purchased a BMW i4 from Adam Locke, and I can't speak highly enough about the service he provided. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he helped me find the perfect car for me. Adam was patient and thorough in explaining all of the features and options available with the BMW i4. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about the car, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and enthusiasm. When it came time to negotiate the price, Adam was fair and transparent, and he worked hard to ensure that I got a great deal on my new car. He made the entire purchasing process smooth and seamless, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Locke to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW. He is an excellent salesperson who truly cares about his customers, and he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Thank you, Adam, for helping me find my dream car!

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Enrique was great to work with. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in walking me through the iX3. I really appreciated his time and professionalism. Highly recommend working with Enrique!

From start to finish the Jason Cohn provided excellent and clear Communications, answered all our questions, and on the day of pickup Jason went above and beyond to say later into the evening until we were satisfied on the operation of the car. In addition the finance and management staff were also excellent in their communication, answering questions, and we went out the door feeling we had paid a fair price for this beautiful car.

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.
