I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

Working with Ethan on my 1st ever online purchase - was the 1st experience everyone wants! He was efficient with communications, but never pushy. He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

Only thing that we had a problem with was the communication on the interest rate and monthly payment, which should have took about 1 1/2 hours to complete instead of 4/5 hours.

Momentum BMW review
Buying a car from Momentum was a breeze! Everyone was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.
2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

BMW of Houston North review
Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

I had a great experience at BMW South Austin. The service process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was explained thoroughly. My service advisor, Ben Krebs, was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the visit. They made the entire experience stress-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend BMW South Austin to anyone looking for a dealership that takes care of its customers

Polestar AustinReviews
Polestar Austin review
When I decided I wanted an electric vehicle, I set out to do my due diligence. After months of research, I had a list of 5 cars. The Polestar 2 was third on the list. Truth be told, my top two choices have not arrived in the US, and I am in need of a car come summer, so I went for a Polestar 2 test drive. I really liked this car on paper, but we know how that works sometimes. Still, I went into the test drive with excitement. The car actually exceeded my expectations. But I will write a review of the actual vehicle once I take delivery this summer. I opted for the Plus Pack, the ventilated Napa leather seats, and the Pilot Pack. I'll let the readers of this review research the Performance Pack and decide if it is for you. What I wanted to review more than anything else is the excellent test drive experience I had thanks to Nick Olson. Nick is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are second to none. He explained, in great detail, every aspect of the car inside and out before the test drive. While I was driving, he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. After the drive, we went over the specifics of the cost and I decided to order the car. As I was leaving, I asked him for a business card. I was shocked when he stated he doesn’t have one yet because he is new to the company, and he’s not a salesman yet and only does the test drives. Nick is not a salesman?? What??!! Then Polestar needs to promote him to salesman right away! He is phenomenal. He was articulate, professional, and funny. The best thing was that he did not pressure me to buy anything that I did not want. Polestar needs to hang on to this guy and promote him up the ladder, for I have a feeling no matter what he does professionally, he will excel. Thanks Nick! You were awesome! Best car buying experience I have ever had!

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
