Working with Ethan on my 1st ever online purchase - was the 1st experience everyone wants! He was efficient with communications, but never pushy. He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

Nader was very easy to work with. He listened and answered all my questions. Only snag I ran into was a fee that was tagged on was not mentioned until time to sign paperwork. When questioned rate was reduced. I love my odyssey

Nalley BMW of DecaturReviews
Nalley BMW of Decatur review
Nyla is truly exceptional! After my vehicle was totaled in an accident, the last thing I wanted to think about was purchasing another vehicle. I walked into BMW feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly unsure about what I was going to do. Then I met Nyla. From the moment we sat down, she saw beyond the customer in front of her. She recognized that I wasn?t simply buying a vehicle?I was dealing with an unexpected and emotional situation. Her compassion, patience, genuine smile, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She never made me feel pressured. Instead, she listened, understood, and guided me through the process with such care and confidence that she completely changed my mindset. Today, I am driving my new BMW X3, and I couldn't be happier! What started as a situation I never wanted became an experience I am genuinely grateful for?and Nyla is the reason why. Nyla is more than a sales representative. She is someone who understands people, knows how to turn a difficult moment into a positive experience, and truly cares about the customers she serves. BMW is fortunate to have someone of her caliber representing the brand. I am so happy I chose to continue doing business with BMW, and I am especially grateful that my journey brought me to Nyla. She is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and simply **a gem**. If you are looking for someone who will treat you with genuine care while providing an exceptional BMW experience, **ask for Nyla. You will not regret it!**

Tom Bush BMW MINI JacksonvilleReviews
Tom Bush BMW MINI Jacksonville review
Our outstanding service experience at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville reinforces why we keep our loyalty to BMW. We had exceptional service throughout the entire process, from the moment I met the service clerk at drop off to my initial conversation with the service coordinator, Chad, to Michelle with the loaner car to the video from the service technician, Kat, to all of the follow up texts and conversations with Chad, and finally to the folks who detailed my car. The service department went the extra mile in cleaning the sticky substance that was interfering with the Park button on the center panel, which saved me from having to spend several thousands on a new one. Every single person I interacted with treated me with such kindness. I felt as though each member of the service department had graduated from a hospitality program because they knew how to make the customer happy. I look forward to my next service appointment!

LA City CarsReviews
LA City Cars review
I had a great experience at LA City Cars in Inglewood, thanks to Alejandro and Dion. Alejandro was an excellent salesman—very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dion, the manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, transparent, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Together, they created a welcoming and trustworthy environment, which made a big difference in my car-buying experience. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and honest service to visit LA City Cars and ask for Alejandro and Dion.
