Best experience we had with car purchasing, found the car online, we drove 50 mins from NJ, Christopher made our experience remarkable. He was very detailed, fair and patient! Shawn from finance helped us in making informed decision about extended warranty. Over all very good experience with Mt. Kisko BMW. Highly Recommended.

I had an amazing experience buying my new Cross Sport with Evan. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I drove away feeling confident and excited about my purchase. His manager Jill ensured a smooth transition into our new car, and again could not be happier. Thank you again, Evan and Jill.
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Adrian was super helpful with assisting me today. Very honest and transparent great car salesmen !
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Wide World BMW review
Outstanding car buying experience! My salesperson Karl Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Karl updated me weekly on vehicles that fit my needs and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect BMW. I was looking for months in NY, NJ, PA and CT- then Karl gave me the very best price on a pre-owned certified 3 series with very low mileage, that looks brand new and drives like a dream! Out of all of the BMW salesmen I've dealt with over the years Karl Rodriguez is by far the best! Peter Rizkalla in finance was helpful and honest and made the purchase a breeze. He also offered me the top of the line extended warranty at an incredible price that no dealer could beat. Thank you Karl and Peter for sincerely making this the best car buying experience. When looking for a BMW look no further than World Wide BMW!

The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

I purchased a used car from Greenwich BMW and couldn’t be more pleased with the process. As an out of state buyer, I was concerned with the potential tax and DMV issues. My sales person was very professional and answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. Upon arrival, the car was in impeccable condition, as stated in the advertisement and they honored the trade in value discussed over the phone. The loan process was quick and there were no surprises! All in all the best car dealership I’ve had.

BMW of Greenwich review
Great experience buying our 3rd BMW from BMW Greenwich. I highly recommend Patrick McHugh. It’s a pleasant experience from start to finish. Fair prices and a professional roll out from start to finish. These guys are pros!
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Impex Auto Sales review
Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
