During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!

Best Service ever!! I've taken my cars to different BMW dealers for service in the past, but without any doubt this dealer has the best service department. Arutin, the guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely bring my cars here again.

It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Such an amazing dealership! Found the car I wanted on Car.com and went to go check it out. Made a 2pm appointment with Zora for inspection and test drive. Upon pulling up to the dealership we noticed that there was no lot. All the cars are kept inside. I thought that was great because it keeps the cars clean and protected. We saw the Audi A4 that we were interested in and man was it clean. It was a 2008 with only 70k miles on and it was immaculate. We inspected the car and Zora just let us do our thing. He didn't hover over us like some other dealers. He left is alone and just popped in every now and again to see how we're doing. Zora let my wife and I take the car for a test drive while he stayed at the dealership. After the test drive we fell in love with the car. We worked out an amazing deal!!! Zora was willing to listen to our offer and we came up with the right numbers. This entire time we felt absolutely no pressure. Zora was attentive, patient and professional. A day later an oil sensor warning light came on. I called Zora and even though the car was sold as is with no warranty he told us to bring the car back and he would take care of it. He brought it to a certified mechanic and replaced the part with a genuine OEM Audi sensor free of charge. Problem solved. I mean who does that.
