I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I’m very happy with my new BMW X1 purchase. The car is very responsive and peppy to drive. Although a subcompact, it’s got ample head and leg room in both front and rear seats, and a surprisingly large cargo space.
Also looked at the Audi and Mercedes competitors in the subcompact niche, but liked both the fit & finish as well as driving experience of the X1 better.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.

Recently, my husband was involved in a serious MVA, a seven car disaster in which all cars were totaled. If not for the high quality of BMW there’s no way he would be alive today. Even the insurance adjuster could not believe he walked away from the accident. Thank you BMW for saving my husband,s life!
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. It was a pleasure working with Maria, I highly recommend her!

The design of my new BMW X1 is great. The SAV drives smoothly and handles like a charm. There interior is spacious and roomy. My child loves the fact that the backseat is not elevated like my previous vehicle , therefore, she has plenty of head room. The back cargo area large and can be expanded with the folding rear seats. Overall, this is a great vehicle!
Giselle Pearson was my sales person. Her customer service skills were excellent and provided upmost attention during my test drive and negotiations. Everyone at Passport was very attentive and professional during the sales process. I look forward to having Passport service my X5 for years to come.

I got in love with this car, when I drove the same model, as a loaner car to San Diego. This is the most comfortable I have ever been driving a car on a long trip. The car has plenty of room to relax your legs specially on long trips. It has a double compartment in the trunk where you can fit extra luggage. I really love this car.
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. The car looks amazing and I am so happy for the price I got it at. Thank you Max and BMW of Silver Spring

I have only had the car for a couple of months so don't have a lot of experience with it. Car seems reliable. Handles corners like no other car I have owned. Starting to go from a complete stop seems different from other vehicles but think its something I just need to get used to. The information screen lacks compared to other vehicles but is still good. So far we are happy with the car. Love the gas mileage. We do mostly city driving and are getting an average of 25MPGs.
BMW of Silver Spring is a top notch facility with excellent client advisors. I had an awesome experience working with Lonnie Overby. He was honest, accommodating, and worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. If you’re interested in a BMW and want a pressure-free buying experience, ask for Lonnie.

Been driving the car for a few days now and fall in love with it the more I drive it! I love the Parking assist! Its CRAZY what technology can do nowadays haha!
Overall, very comfortable! I wish they made back window a but wider and I’m not to fond of where they placed cupholders but other than that, no major complaints!
My overall experience at the BMW Silver Spring, MD dealership was exceptional, professional, pleasant and courteous. My salesperson, Karen, is outstanding. Karen was attentive to my needs, diligent is assisting me with my finance options and providing me with access to additional funds to offset my monthly payments. Karen was both professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with her and I plan to work with her again in purchasing my next BMW.

Surprising amount of cargo space, ?peppy? engine and excellent visibility. Fuel economy is fantastic for a sport-ute. Styling is contemporary. Looks great in dark colors with 18 or 19 inch wheels.
I bought my first BMW from this dealership and Mr Andy Alexis was very pleasant during the whole process. I felt all my questions were answered and I was very satisfied driving out at the end. I would highly recommend Mr Andy Alexis.

Big enough to get things done and small enough that I feel like I am not in an SUV. Very comfortable and great on gas!
Eric is a consummate professional that was attentive, personal and very easy to deal with. He made the process easy. Outside of his control however was the length of time it took for us to pay for the car. Even though we paid cash, there was only one person in the Finance department thus we waited for 1.5 hours to write a check. Again, this has nothing to do with Eric. Once in Finance, we were in and out in 15 minutes.
The Service team always takes special care when my car is in for service. My last visit was a tow in for a flat tire and they explained the warranty process and ultimately got everything covered. It was a stressful event that they made easy.
Kevin Pitamber my Service Advisor, along with the Head Foreman Ian are so Awesome! Kevin always communicates with me with step by step updates on my BMW whenever I get it serviced. Kevin and Ian possess the most OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ALWAYS feel so comfortable and trust Kevin my Service Advisor and Ian the Head Foreman, whom always advises me correctly!
