I had a great experience overall and I am very satisfied with my purchase. They made the process easy and quick. The salesperson knew what I was looking for from the start and didn't pressure me into spending any extra. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to this location even if it's just to service my new car.

Faheem was incredibly professional and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to listen to what I needed, understood my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with the monthly payments before moving forward. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but Faheem made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend Faheem to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Long HyundaiReviews
Long Hyundai review
I went into the dealership just to look, since I was driving a 19-year-old truck at the time. That's when I met Jeffery Bell and he introduced me to the 2026 Tucson. Between his easy manner and honest answers to my questions, I am now a happy Hyundai owner. I have to admit it was one of the less stressful buying experiences I have ever had. Jeffery and the finance managers were very easy to deal with, which is the reason was so seamless.

Just bought my third new vehicle from this dealership. It's also where I get all of my maintenance done. It's an awesome dealership - they are VERY honest. They don't try to sell you features or extras that you don't need. They explain everything and they are very friendly. I drive past other dealerships to use this one

2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Comfortable, safe, gas efficient, economical. Everything we wanted in a car after owning a truck. We were in the market for something we can use in place of our truck. Both of us are older and this is not to low to the ground or to tall to get out of. With gas prices going up this will also save us money.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Good people to work with, never felt pressured, they answered all my questions, and I drove away in the truck I wanted. Thanks to Arein and Ryan at the Westfield location, I would buy from them again.

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. Austin is a credit to the CarMax organization and they can be proud that such a fine person has chosen to be a part of their team. Thank you, Austin!

Shively Motors of Chambersburg review
Our salesperson Nate Parson, and the finance manager Chase have gone above and beyond helping my husband and I. We have purchased three brand new vehicles and a slightly used challenger/ toy this year alone. We will be eager to return our business in the future. They are a great team and we appreciate all that they do.
