All right, where do I start first things first the lady who Who was our sales? Person did an awesome job her name was (Laura) But a few things I would like to mention about this dealership are 1st we had a few chips on the windshield that we’re taking care of by replacing a new windshield A+ 2nd The car gave out on me three weeks later due to a five year-old battery this vehicle was supposed to be certified with 120 point inspection. Autonation also took care of the cost of a New battery.A+ The outlets in the vehicle did not work and there was a month and a half wait to have them looked at. I replaced the relay fuses myself. C Waited over a month and a half to get the tax title and license was reassured by the sales manager (Ruiz) there was a 10 day grace. Which came to find out is NOT TRUE. And ended up putting two new tires because they were 4/32 and worn on the inside $535.00 out of pocket overall, the experience was a B- Think they could get a little bit more on the professional side.

I was recommended by a friend to come to NJstateauto as they work with lower credit in the 500s and with low down-payment too seeing that I was struggling financially because of family issues and only had 500 to put down. Since I had been declined in other dealerships I was ok with getting an older vehicle to get by for now like a 2013 for under 7k but never was I expecting to drive out with a 2018 Honda! Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

On February 21st.,2023, we took our 2022 Santa Fe to Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale for routine maintenance & factory recall. After driving home, approx. 45 miles, the car set in our garage undriven until Feb. 23rd. On that date I found a considerable amount of oil under the car. In further investigation and checking under the hood, I found the engine compartment saturated with motor oil. I immediately called Earnhardt Hyundai of Scottsdale who contacted Valley Towing to pick up my car and deliver it to their Service Dept. The service mgr. contacted me by phone within two hours to tell me they located the problem which turned out to be the dip stick had failed to be fully replaced. He also assured me that they would clean up the engine compartment and return my car the following day. On Feb. 24th., Howard (Store Greeter), called to tell me they had completed replacing the engine oil, washed the car, detailed the engine compartment and would deliver the car to our home with one hour. As promised, Howard arrived at our home with the car and it was as clean as the day we made the new car purchase. Howard also filled the the gas tank and offered to clean up our garage floor. We're all human and capable of making mistakes as did the mechanic, but the follow up by each Earnhardt Hyundai Store Employee involved in this matter was professional, courteous and understanding (including the store phone operator). Even though we have a Hyundai Dealer closer to our home, we're certain to use only the Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai Dealer for our future service needs and vehicle replacement when due.

2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Comfortable, safe, gas efficient, economical. Everything we wanted in a car after owning a truck. We were in the market for something we can use in place of our truck. Both of us are older and this is not to low to the ground or to tall to get out of. With gas prices going up this will also save us money.
