BMW of ShrewsburyReviews
BMW of Shrewsbury review
I used to live within 15 minutes of the Shrewsbury dealership and incorrectly assumed that all BMW shops were the same. After moving out of the area, I quickly learned that I was incorrect. Nobody answers the phone at the dealership near me. Even if you know your party's extension number, you go straight to voicemail. I've never been sent to voicemail with Shrewsbury. I was having a problem with one of my windshield wipers and called Shrewsbury. They put me on a brief hold to make sure they had the proper replacement blades. Then, they told me I could come in anytime. When I arrived, I was seen immediately. The customer service is top notch. I will now drive 2 hours out of my way to visit Shrewsbury BMW.

In and out quickly for an oil change. Service reps were attentive. Plenty of seating in the waiting area. I wish Gayle was there more often. She is the most friendly greeter you have.

Bought another BMW and had an awesome experience working with Hadi Eslami. He made the whole process super easy and stress-free from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful, and just great to deal with overall. You can tell he treats all his customers this way. Couldn?t be happier with everything. Definitely recommend asking for Hadi if you?re buying a car!

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

Viti, Inc. review
Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. To top off my experience they delivered the car back to the Cape Cod!!!!! The absolute best experience of my life with a dealership!!!

BMW of Warwick review
I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance. This purchase exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Vito, Gina and the folks at the dealership. Sincerely, Ed K.

Just a quick thank you to Vinny for making the process very easy. My daughter bought a BMW X1 M35I at Tulley Nashua and they were very professional, helpful and down to earth people. I would definitely recommend Tulley and will be back in the future. Thank you Vinny, Cam and David.

Tulley BMW of NashuaReviews
Tulley BMW of Nashua review
just purchased a 2024 BMW X3 from Tully BMW of Nashua, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. My sales representative, Noah, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. His thoughtful approach made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with David, the BMW Genius, who came out to provide detailed insights about my new car. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

BMW of Warwick review
We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

Our assigned Customer Service tech was very helpful, and communicated clearly what the issue was on our car that took another shop 3 attempts and a waist of our money to diagnose properly.
