I went to numerous dealers over the past few months. Most of them have been nightmares. From the second I walked in the employees were friendly and helpful. The truck I got was so much more then I expected. But I basically got a new truck . They worked with me and helped me figure out the best plan for me. I'm glad I chose to go to this dealership. I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.
Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Most of my dealings was with Rob Rose over the phone.I bought cars out of state before but i never did this much communicating with a sales rep.He made the experience worthwhile.Everthing i needed such as having the car looked at by my mechanic and using my credit card to place a down payment and answering my questions about the car was all done without hesitation.They even provide a lift so my car could be inspected.This was a big plus for them,because prior to buying here i found a car that had less mileage but that dealer didn't want my mechanic looking at the car so they lost a sale.Overall so far i had a pleasant experience dealing with Turnersville BMW.There are some unfinished business with my tags and paperwork for my bank that have to go through the dealership,if that part ends with no problems then overall the experience was a success.Thanks to Rob and everyone that helped.And i may call to ask question.
Recently had my 10yr old BMW serviced there and also leased a new one. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Everyone I dealt with - from the service writers, technicians, service manager, internet sales manager, and client advisor - was awesome! Issue with my older BMW fixed under warranty, and a phenomenal sales experience on the new one. (Particularly Krissy Cone - Internet Manager, and Glenn Falvey - Sales/Client Advisor). Was given a great quote, and treated with a no stress / no pressure attitude the whole time. Highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.
Thank you. Our BMW is a wonderful car. The service is great. Everything is great with the car and the company. I only have one complaint with the options. In Europe, more options are available. Like to having the windows operate with the factory remote, starting the car with the factory remote among many other options. Being able to receive SMS text messages through the car's display is not functional with iPhone. i still Love BMW René
