Elena greeted me promptly upon arrival at my service appointment. She kept me posted periodically concerning the progress of the service of my vehicle. The facilities were clean, well organized and the staff were very courteous and professional.

Exactly the car I needed to transport family but small and sporty driving. Plenty of room inside with awesome moonroof. Comfortable drive and great mileage .
I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. I will always recommend this location to my friends and family. Awesome job guys, thanks for your help as always!

I have a very big affection for the brand. I stopped buying other cars that were as good as they were, but that did not suit my taste.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.
I’ve been going to Sterling for about 1 year now and I don’t think any dealership can compare in quality, customer service, and professionalism.
I would like to specifically mention:
Robert Graves, for his exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and salesmanship to get me into my brand new BMW M4, the ultimate driving machine.

Honestly the car is amazing, this is the first year that they have the vehicle out there and it has been the best decision of my life. I went in looking to get a 3 series but ended up with this and I love it. The interior is very high tech and futuristic.
My wife purchased her dream car from Sterling and the staff rolled out the red carpet. I was extremely impressed by the level of service. It was a special day she’ll always remember.

Sporty exterior (Msport package) looks sharp. Plenty of room to be functional. Seats hug well and smooth ride make it a very pleasurable driving experience. Did have a faulty crank sensor which needed to be replaced 500 miles in. Love this car!
True professionalism and great accessibility. I was treated with class and all salesmen were knowledgeable of their vehicles and the competition. I have bought several vehicles in the past but BMW of Sterling goes way beyond the limits.
Took our X5 in for service and had the pleasure of meeting Beaver Ho, could not be happier and more pleased with the customer service he provided my wife and I. The whole experience left us in awe as it’s hard to find service like what he provided us nowadays. Will definitely be going back for future service.

I have had numerous issues that another dealer seemed to push aside fixing and the first time I brought my car to Beaver the issue was fixed. I dropped my BMW 2004 X5 off yesterday 11/29/2018 for brake and oil services. I made an appoint online, it was easy. My service advisor Beaver Ho called me 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm that I was coming and told me that he will have the loaner car ready for me. Beaver also was the service advisor for my 2011 335is airbag recall repair, he also was very good with communication at that time as of this time. It is great to have a service advisor who is dependable and has good BMW knowledge and communication skill. I will definitely bring my BMW to Sterling BMW for my future service.

This is my first BMW. The ride is smooth and quiet. I can't hear the engine and can't feel it change gears, even with heavy acceleration. It feels and sounds like I am driving a fancy, fast electric golf cart. I love the sportiness of the X2. There is some road noise and vibration, but it only add to the sporty feel of the vehicle. The interior feels like I'm sitting in a sports car, which has a lot to do with the seats. There is not a ton of storage room, but hopefully this will help me keep it tidy. The idrive computer is not super user friendly takes some getting used to. Overall, I am head over heels in love with the X2!
Giselle Pearson was my sales person. Her customer service skills were excellent and provided upmost attention during my test drive and negotiations. Everyone at Passport was very attentive and professional during the sales process. I look forward to having Passport service my X5 for years to come.
I purchased a BMW remotely, actually sight unseen, and although I was quite worried about the process and the risk, it was a great experience. Giselle Pearson was my Client Adviser and she answered all my questions and researched features and options for me. Most importantly Giselle was a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless.

The car met my needs at this time. It is very comfortable to drive. I like the features inside the car. Easy access to my options on the dashboard. The car drives very smooth and has a quick pick-up when driving.
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. I love the size of this car. perfect for zipping around town. driving to work and getting my kids places. it has enough trunk space.
