Dan was great 👍🏻 The only complaint is that they said they detailed it, It didn’t seem like they did a great job The inside was still dirty on the floorboards and the electronics had some sort of film on it. Not sure what that was but other than that Dan was great, and the financing guy was great as well.
2019 BMW X3 review
The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.
2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.
