I've always driven sedans and was hesitant to test drive an SUV... until I found the X3. I'm obsessed with the luxury look, the wonderful and smooth drive and the attention to detail. Heated seats and steering wheel are amazing, the cameras are super helpful and I feel incredibly safe!

They got the job done. Very courteous. A few bumps. They promised free shipping but then charged me. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars
2020 BMW X3 review
The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Lots of cars to choose from. Salesman Sam Munshi was very professional. He showed us the specific cars we came to see and was with us on the test drives. He was also quick at looking up the prices of other vehicles on the lot that caught our eye. Very helpful.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

I just purchased my 2018 Cadillac from this great group of people. Perfect in every way. It was quick and easy, very pain free. Walt was the best salesman and Benny knows his stuff. For the first time I felt comfortable and these gentlemen were not going to take advatage of me. Prestige is a great place to do business with. Thank you Walt and Benny for your job WELL done.💕 Charlotte McDaniel
