Compared to the other dealerships I visited, this was by far the best car-buying experience I had. One of the things I appreciated most was that they allowed me to take the test drive without a salesperson in the car, which made me feel much more comfortable. Afterward, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own without feeling rushed or pressured. At no point did I feel any pressure from the sales team. They even allowed me to take the car about 30 minutes away to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they completely supportive of that, but they also replaced a few parts that technically would have passed inspection but likely would have needed replacement down the road. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me. They had the car ready for me the very same day, and even took care of small cosmetic details I pointed out, including touching up minor scratches and removing some wax residue. It showed they genuinely cared about delivering the car in the best condition possible. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 with JV and also worked with Christian, the manager. Both were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a 25-year-old woman purchasing a car on my own, I was especially appreciative of how respectfully I was treated. After visiting several local dealerships, this was easily the most positive experience I had. While I may be partial because I ended up buying my car here, I also noticed that the vehicles across their lot were all very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience.

When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
