I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn?t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Saw a 2017 Camaro on their website in the morning and deal was finished in 45 minutes from when I arrived. I have been looking for this car, this color, with the options it had for 6 months. Very fair on price of their car and on my trade. Worked with Chris, who not only knew the car very well, but shared some snacks with me when I said I had missed lunch to come and get the car. He spent a large amount of time going over the whole car and made sure the car was completely detailed when I arrived. I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
