‘Stress free’ and ‘buying a car’ in the same sentence? That doesn’t exist except at Motorwerks in Bloomington with Team Shawn. Shawn, Will and Carter do everything they can to make you comfortable, welcome and relaxed in what could be a stressful experience. I cannot say enough good things about the seamless transaction (including Stephanie in Finance!) which ended with me driving away in my dream car with a huge grin! Thank you!

Excellent in every respect— Elijah was very helpful & the entire staff from reception desk to the title office was efficient & friendly. A miracle of used car buying:the Yukon Denali has 2 key fobs & the title was delivered to my home in Ohio in 4 days!!!
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Porsche St Paul review
From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

My husband and I recently bought a Honda Pilot from Ideal Auto Imports in Eden Prairie. We were extremely pleased with how easy the whole process was, from the time we entered the dealership until we drove our new car off the lot. We were impressed with German and Max and how easy it was to work with them. We never felt a pushiness at just wanting to make a sale, but instead a genuine interest in helping us get what we wanted. John, our sales person was friendly, helpful, very informative, and easy to work with. Thank you Ideal, we love our Pilot!

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

We had an awesome salesmen. Explained everything and also redid the paperwork after I decided not to go with the extra warranty. When I got home from buying the car I noticed online the price of the car was less then originally charged. I indicated this and they granted me the lower price. I just got a check in the mail for the$800 difference.

Fury Ford WaconiaReviews
Fury Ford Waconia review
I went to look at a vehicle sales manager who I ask for was busy , so waited until sales Ron Wagner ( Big Dady) got in and said would like to drive the 2016 ford exporer that was on the lot, and then he knew I just wanted to drive it, so waited a little longer walked back to his desk and said do you still have it and said yes I can I drive the vehical and he said let me get the key's and let me drive the vehicle, by myself , let me mention that know him a little, he ask me how liked the vehicle when I got back from test driving it and though he kinda knew that I might not buy the vehicle , he was very easy going said Iam glad that you licked driving the vehicle, even though I had a few things that I didn't like about the vehicle, I gave him a hard time about all the sales awards on his desk, if they just copies and he took it personally I said I was just kidding, but I must say when you have salesman who has 20 years selling vehicles who is laid back as Ron, a desk full of sales awards this guy knows what he is doing and with out being pushy or worried that he sell a car, he is confident in his ablity sell a vehicle even though he is commision salesman , he knows if you don't buy from him he will be able to sell to someone thus he laid back and will not be pushy and, I other salesmen at this dealership and are and don't have ability to be easy going as Ron , also have ask him many different questions on various vehicles and he is very knowledgeable about ford vehicles , so if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or just need information about a vehicle, you might want give him a try.

My Mom returned a leased vehicle, because she only used half of the miles they gave her a very nice check for the unused miles. The next day my dad realized he left his wallet in the Glove box ! Karen Reber drove to where the car was taken to be cleaned and recovered his wallet :-) Thank You Karen

Top notch service. They tended to every item that we needed and then some. Kept us informed as they did the work on the car and did not make us feel rushed to get back and pick up car. Price was reasonable and staff very efficient and friendly.
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.
