I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. 2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.
