Niello BMW Elk GroveReviews
Niello BMW Elk Grove review
I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! I couldn't be happier with the attention I've received from Niello. My thanks to everyone.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Niello BMW Elk Grove review
Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. Simply put, I plan to buy from Darren and Niello again and recommend others do too.

Great sales person, Athena. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion, and this has nothing to do with Athena, is to speed up the process in between agreeing to purchase to signing the paperwork.

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.

Price their certified pre-owned cars very aggressively. Good inventory. Sales staff a little weak on knowing their product. Process was pretty smooth, but like most car buying experiences you better plan on being there for a long time.

Valley BMW review
The sales person I dealt with at Valley BMW was easy to talk to and was easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. What made this more complicated was I don't live anywhere near this dealer in Modesto CA. I asked if they would meet me halfway just to show me the car and let me inspect and drive it, no obligation. We both drove about 2 hrs and met up. The sales person, informed me of financing offers for BMWs and said, pretty much the price of he car was the price of the car, no haggling. Having done some research, the asking price was a good price for this car. I didn't have a trade so that made the deal easy, pay the price and doc fees and shipping. I live out of state, so the dealer was nice enough to split the $500 shipping fee, down to $250. $250 to deliver the car to my house seemed liker a deal! Looking at the car, it was in the promised condition, no dents and perfect. At our meeting spot, all the salesman had all the paperwork prepped including loan papers. Wrote a check and the car gets delivered to my house, they even threw in a free BMW shirt. It was a painless way to buy a car from a dealer 200 miles away.

Simply put, from Sales manager Matthew who was patient, thorough, and took every step to make sure I found the car of my choice, to Yami and Steve who educated me on how to use my accessories i.e., stereo and other of my new car features and did not rush through it till they helped figure it out and now all works perfect. So grateful for the extensive Team Work by all in both Sales (Matthew) and Service (Yami & Steve) highly recommend both departments to everyone!!

I had an unexpected car repair come up, and unfortunately, there were several things that needed to be fixed. The situation was stressful, but Daniel and team were incredibly helpful and worked with me throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help make the repairs more manageable, and they even covered 90% of the cost of one of the parts. I truly appreciate their kindness, understanding, and willingness to work with me. Great customer service and a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend East Bay BMW to anyone needing car repairs!
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.
