CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!

BMW of Waterbury review
Hailey and the team were terrific. Great communicators. The work itself was excellent to say the least.
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

BMW of WaterburyReviews
BMW of Waterbury review
While driving on Rt.8 Northbound around exit 35 the car hit a large pothole and the tire was damaged. I was able to drive to BMW of Waterbury. As I entered the showroom an agent by the name of Emily assisted me. As I told her what occurred she immediately went outside to look at the car and confirmed a new tire was needed. She indicated she would check to see if they had the tire in stock that I needed. They did not, however they would have in the next day to fix. Immediately she asked where I lived, when I told her Shelton, her immediate response was no worry, we will have a driver take you home so you can get your other car. Customer Service at the highest level, with no computers or AI, just good old face to face communication which is a lost art today. The car was ready the next day as promised. Emily, job well done and thank you for taking care of our needs.
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
