I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I've worked with a lot of car dealers, buying both new and used cars, in the 25+ years I've been driving. This includes competing premium brands like Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus - as well as more mainstream brands like GM and competing PNW BMW dealerships. BMW Seattle has been, by far, the best dealership I've ever worked with. Adam and the sales team are friendly, approachable, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I can honestly say I've built a genuine relationship with the team there in the 15+ years I've been buying (mostly) BMW. The service team are also excellent, which makes the overall ownership experience top notch. I can't recommend these guys enough!
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.
2016 BMW X3 review
I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2015 BMW X3 review
This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. 2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!
