My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Luigi Devoto was superb at orchestrating a complex repair of my 328i. All done at a distance. Responded quickly to my concerns; clear in guiding the car through different stages of repair.

I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I've recommended this dealership to friends as a result of the customer service I've received.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Salesman assigned to me was Billy Talla . Great knowledge & no pressure , test drove vehicles , settled on used 2023 X4 . Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

I can’t express how much better BMW of Ridgefield, CT, was at every stage of my purchase compared to every other dealer I dealt with while searching for an i4. Every text message, phone call, test drive, and document signing was so clean, straightforward, and relaxed. It felt like I was working with actual humans, not just “salespeople”, which was unlike ANY other dealership I contacted. Even though they’re hours from my home, I’ll absolutely go to them first the next time I’m in the market for a BMW. Oh, and I ended up getting a pretty great price, too! Let me first start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ever. I called late on a Saturday right before they were closing. I spoke to Angel and Rob who were as professional as they come. We came to a deal within 30 mins. I texted all of my information and the deal was done. Since I live about 3 hours away I said I could come next weekend to pick it up. Throughout the week there was constant communication from Rob making sure everything was set for when I came in. Next Saturday rolled around and I was instantly greeted in the parking lot by Rob and Reese. They immediately looked over my trade in, took pictures and took me inside to see my new car. It was freshly detailed and ready for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. I took the car for a quick spin and came back to the dealership. Brian had all of my paper work ready for the finance portion. We went over the rate, the terms, my trade in value in full detail. Brian was very thorough and went over everything. I might add that there were no hidden fees, no additional charges, no surprises. The deal that was given over the phone was the deal that was promised. Even the value of my trade in was honored. When discussing add ons and warranties Brian wasn’t pushy or relentless like other experiences I’ve had buying previous vehicles elsewhere. I ultimately ended up sticking with the certified preowned program and signed the paperwork. That was it. I was the new owner of a 2022 Stelvio. Rob and Reese took hooked my phone up and went through all of the settings and modes the vehicle had to offer. I left the dealership within 2 hours. Anyone that has ever bought a car knows that’s insane. And before we left Rob mentioned that someone had called the next day that they were open and wanted to buy the car. They could have tried to sell it to someone for a few extra bucks but they kept their word. Which was really appreciated. My dad was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty from everyone involved that he’s now in the market for a Stelvio. And we will be back to Todd Alfa to make another purchase. I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

The service was excellent! The workers really worked with my situation to make sure I went home with exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale. Car came with a full set of winter tires, rims included, that was thrown in for free in addition to the all-season tires. When I showed up to pick up my new car, it was in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Any request that I made, Jay and his team delivered. I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!
