Jose is the most amazing client advisor I???ve ever had to work with. He is very straight forward and has a wonderful personality...which helps when negotiating. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I sure wish Jose would have been there for each one. I had never been to this amazing new dealership but was very fortunate to arrive at a time when Jose was free and available. He answered all my questions and ensured if other assistance was needed for a response he went and brought the person to me. The negotiations went well and we soon arrived at a suitable price with minimal issues. The finance team was equally impressive. The transaction progressed smoothly and I was soon able to depart. Jay sure knows the way to ensure an efficient process. Returning the next day, I meet with Jaipaul who walked me through the vehicle features. His ability to make the features easily understood are exceptional. The dealership overall is easily a 10....but they have a jeweled star in Jose. He easily exceeds a 10. Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.
I am beyond happy with my experience at the BMW West Houston! Not only were they all very professional, but they were all very caring of me throughout my process ! I cannot say more wonderful things ! This was my first purchase with BMW and I can honestly say from my experience, I WIlL BE BACK :) ! Jose, the sales associate, was not only extremely honest with what I could get within my means but also extremely patient and understanding. Alexis , in the financing department, was very meticulous in making sure I was comfortable and He was quick to answer all of my questions. Juan , the genius , was more than willing to go over any questions I had in regards to the gadgets within the vehicle ! All I can say is every single person took care of me every step along the way !! So a big thank you is well deserved !!!

Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
A disagreement on the down payment prevented me from getting a car I had looked for and wanted for an extended period of time.. initially the agreement was for a full cash down payment equaling $2,100... I told them that I could possibly be willing to trade my current car in as part or the whole amount down.. from there on they told me that they could only take my car as trade in for $ 1,000 .. (noooo) and then on top of that a $1,000 cash...well I didn’t want to take 1000 for my car so I said I could do the 2000 cash.. they said the banks refused the cash and would only do it with the car as trade in.. I told them I didn’t want to use my car as trade in once again , and they gave me a buyback option on my own car for $1300.... none of it made cense to me as being in a consumer position.. So in the end I didn’t get my dream car although I was willing to pay 100 more in a cash down payment.. sad day
