Generation NissanReviews
Generation Nissan review
I have the greatest experience at Generation Nissan. I never been in a dealership that care about me making the right decision and that make sure that I was happy and certain with my choice instead of just pushing a vehicle like other dealerships. From the moment that I got there I was welcome by the General Manager Luis Martinez, he make me feel welcome like if I was just visiting a friend. He redirect me to a sales staff member Nicole, which she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went thru all my options to choose features of the cars and why should I choose any of the types of the vehicles depending on my needs. One thing that I was blowing and so thankful. It's that she treated me like a human, I was currently struggling with some personal issues and probably was reflecting in my face, but she was making sure that I was ok and happy with any choice that I made if I yet to choose a car, and not just trying to just push a car to me to make the sale. Meanwhile Luis was working with the financial team to provide me multiple options according to my financial situation and best deal since I was trading in my 2018 chevy Equinox. He worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted in terms of how much I want it to pay monthly and not go over my budge. He worked great rewards to me my needs and I was able to choose a beautiful Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. Another asked from me was that I need it the SUV to have a hitch, so he say that was no problem that they will order it and installed there. They ordered that day and after 2 days I was called to bring the vehicle for the installation. The service staff member Eric took care of me, and besides that they said the installation was going to take 3 hours, I was in and out before 2 hours. I don't know how this dealership was before Luis Martinez took over since he mentioned that he just have been there for a couple of months, but I can say that my experience thru leasing my new Nissan Rogue was great, I never been in a dealership that took care of me like they did. I was not just a client that they were trying to push a car to it, I was a person that they walk me thru making a choice that I was certain and happy with, regardless if I got a car or not. So from the bottom of my heart Luis and Nicole Thank you.

Princeton BMW review
Gregor Van Sise was my advisor. He was absolutely amazing. I have never bought a BMW before. I will only buy a BMW going forward. He made the experience. He is BMW. Every bone in my body dreaded buying a car. He was kind, thoughtful, and caring. We have owned Mercedes and Audi's prior to coming to Princetown BMW. I will never go back to them. Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. I will promise to tell everyone I know and especially people looking to buy cars.

Unique Auto Mall review
I flew in from Charlotte for this one, which tells you how specific I was being. Was hunting a manual transmission GTI in a color that isnt white or silver, and after four months of searching there were maybe six in the country that fit. One of them was sitting at unique auto mall. Called ahead, asked them to send me a walkaround video and photos of the underbody specifically, because a NJ car and rust are a real conversation. They did it the same day, no pushback, and they were upfront that there was some surface stuff on the subframe but nothing structural. That honesty is the only reason I bought a plane ticket. Got there, car was exactly what the video showed. Drove it, shook hands, did the paperwork, and drove it 600 miles home the next day. Made it without a single hiccup. Had my guy here look it over that week and he said whoever prepped it did a real job, not a spray and pray. Only thing I'd change, the title paperwork for an out of state buyer took about three weeks to land in my mailbox and I got a little nervous around week two. It showed up. Everything was fine. Just be patient with that part if you're buying from far away.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

These folks are professional, polite, and actually helpful when you’re buying a used car. They’re not just trying to push you into something to close a deal, they took the time to clearly explain what my payments would look like. I highly recommend. I’m even sending my wife and daughter here to get their cars too.

I have to...ADMIT. This was the BEST SUV buying "experience",I've ever had. They DEFINITELY rolled out the red 🧶 carpet. THEY from:Jakub (The M,who REALLY looked out on perks), to Tarik (my guy who sold me the Lincoln Navigator L Select). to Natalie (who i initially chatted with via text BEFORE coming out to the dealership). They even sent and Uber to pick me up,so i can get back to the dealership to get my personal vehicle, that i drove in to make the purchase. They get 6-⭐ stars from me #VerySatifiedCustomer #IAppreciateYall #TeamGLI ✌🏽😎✌🏽💯

Conicelli Autoplex review
I recently purchased a new car from Conicelli Autoplex and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron Berga. From the moment I walked in, Cameron was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Cameron truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

2020 BMW X4 M review
Coming from an M4 and M3 for the past 6 years, I was very hesitant into getting into a taller larger car. Fear not, for this car is more exciting! The refinement and quality of interior is ages beyond the m3 m4. The engine note sounds better and has more of an exotic purr. I loved my past M's, but this car has blown my mind. It looks like nothing else on the road. Its exotic and people always ask about it. I have the competition model and its rather hard to believe this car can handle the road and be this nimble. I'm speechless. Bravo BMW! Did I mention this thing is a rocket?

North Bergen Buick GMCReviews
North Bergen Buick GMC review
Spent most of last winter looking for a used Yukon with the right mileage and no accident history, which turns out to be harder than I thought. I live up near Paterson and I must have looked at nine or ten vehicles across five dealerships between November and February. Two had accidents that the salesperson conveniently forgot to mention until I pulled the Carfax myself in the parking lot. One place kept "finding" fees at the desk that weren't in the quote. By January I was pretty cynical about the whole thing and told my wife I'd just keep driving my old truck until it died. Found the listing for this one in early February and drove down mostly out of habit. The difference was small but it was everything: the Carfax was already printed and sitting on the seat when I got there. Nobody made me ask. The guy walked me around the truck and pointed out the scuff on the rear bumper before I found it. We talked numbers for maybe fifteen minutes total and landed within a few hundred of where I wanted to be. I brought my own financing, they didn't fight me on it, and I was out the door in about two and a half hours including the drive. It's been seven months. Tows my boat fine, nothing has gone wrong, and I stopped thinking about it, which is the highest compliment I can give a used vehicle.

VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. Sales associate Nader lead me thru the whole process and answered any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. I'm now driving around in my S5 Audi and loving it and would HIGHLY recommend this dealer, and if you find what you're looking for make sure and ask for Nader and tell them Jeff sent you.
2020 BMW X4 M review
I ordered this directly from the factory, you will not see another car like this on the road despite all the BMW's around. The Sunstone Metallic with the black roof rails and white Merino leather make this an instant classic. I fell in love with this car when I drove it. Just put this "Champagne Supernova" in Sport Plus and set the adaptive cruise to 80 and the engine and computer do the rest, downshifting aggressively while getting you home safely and quickly. What a dream car!
