We had a great experience at Infiniti of Naperville! The staff was kind and friendly without all of the the pressure some dealerships put on you. We worked with Samantha, she was wonderful! She was very helpful, friendly and great to deal with throughout the entire car buying process!

London Motors ChicagoReviews
London Motors Chicago review
Owner contacted me back in a very timely manner answer all the questions I had about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He came in on a Saturday to meet me to complete the sale. He also assisted with loading the vehicle on a trailer as I had a 6 hour drive back home and did not want to risk that type of drive with an older vehicle. I would happily recommend anyone instead in purchasing a vehicle from this dealer to purchase it without reservation. Respectfully, Tony Shoop

Windy City Autos LLCReviews
Windy City Autos LLC review
I recently purchased a Honda from Windy City Autos in Schaumburg, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out most was the honesty and transparency. Everything about the car was explained clearly, my questions were answered without any pressure, and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision. The car itself has been fantastic, its comfortable, smooth, reliable, fuel-efficient, and a pleasure to drive. It feels like I made an excellent choice, both in the vehicle and where I purchased it. Windy City Autos made the buying process simple and stress-free. They treated me with respect, made sure I understood the paperwork, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you’re in the Schaumburg area and looking for a quality used vehicle and a dealership you can feel comfortable dealing with, I highly recommend giving Windy City Autos a chance. Thank you to the entire Windy City Autos.
2015 BMW X5 review
I've owned many vehicles from Porsches to Land Cruisers from sports cars to heavy duty trucks. I would have to rate this as one of my all time favorite vehicles. I've been driving legally for well over 40 years and have long ago lost count of the number of vehicles I've owned. Probably just over 40 cars by now.

Sales associates where friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about the car good experience
2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.
