Used 2019 BMW X5 for sale in Lithia Springs, GA

What a great experience!! Che was the man, Amazing communication, answered all my stupid questions, and was one of the best experiences buying a car we have had. Che was pleasantly direct, we had some laughs and he kept it real. Not only was he the man but finance was easy, the leather person I don’t know her name but she was magic.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.

I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

Any one I came in contact with greeted me and made sure I was okay :) Rusty was my salesman; and he stayed in contact with me over a month helping me find the vehicle I wanted. Brad Bryant; manager was super sweet and assisted me with everything I needed. Phil was the finance manager, and he made everything work, and super sweet. The X5 punches all the buttons. It is comfortable to drive while at the same time a high performance, fun vehicle. Great technology I've owned a variety of SUVs over time and this one is far and away better than anything I've ever owner. Considered the Audi A7 or the Volvo XC90, but neither gets close to the BMW X5. Just do a test drive and you'll see a major difference in performance.

Great buying experience. Best I have ever had. Conrad put in a lot of effort (after hours nonetheless) to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. No pressure at all. After the sale he followed up to make sure I understood all the features and was very pleased. I would buy all future cars through Conrad. The finance department was also the best I have ever dealt with. Very profesional and very helpful. Again, no pressure.

I hate buying cars and the games that go with it. Especially since customer service seems to be lacking in many of my every day purchasing experiences. Having bought cars from out of state before, I am always mindful of dealing with a “used car salesman.” So you can imagine my surprise when this turned out be such a pleasant experience. A lot of it had to do with Josh. From negotiating a price, to the final details, Josh was pleasant, responsive and thorough. During the buying process we had communicated, verbally, faced timed, texted and e-mailed. In all forms of communication, Josh was prompt in his response and very complete and professional. To my surprise when a couple of items needed done to the car and I followed up to their progress, he would respond, “oh that was done this morning” or “yesterday after we talked”, wow. The car was exactly in the condition that he had stated, which was like brand new. There were a couple of minor issues (no temporary tag and missing charge cable) that arose after the car was paid for and delivered, which by the way was at a cost much lower than I had anticipated. Josh had assured me the items would be sent out the next day. And they were. Amazing.

Rian has been my service advisor for 7 years and as we all know this can be very stressful experience. He has made every experience seamless and enjoyable due to the kindness and overall knowledge of our wants and needs. Also these guys work amazing as a team when Rian is not available John steps in and covers as if he had been handling from the beginning with all the answers . I highly recommend United BMW. I was stressed because the car just shutdown at the red light, however, when I arrived at Pugmire dealership, the Lincoln service had notified them and "Barry" made the loaner tranistion smooth and assured me they would service my car Monday morning.
