I spent several months looking for my last truck and after dealer with five local dealers, Duval worked harder to find what I wanted. Warren an Drew were very professional and made sure they kept in touch with me the entire time. I highly recommend Duval Ford for anyone's next purchase.

Lexus of JacksonvilleReviews
Lexus of Jacksonville review
My husband and I just purchased a TX 350 this week. We worked with Shannon and we loved it. Honestly, very painless process. I purchased by first car from a dealership almost ten years ago and swore I'd never go back because of how I was treated. The typical price gouging and feeling like they were just taking advantage of me due to me being young. HOWEVER, working with Shannon restored my faith in a painless and reasonable process. I think that's huge. He was very nice and direct about things. Felt like he was honest and cared about us being happy with everything. No smoke and mirrors situation with him. I'd recommend him and Lexus of Jacksonville to family or friends.

Tom Bush BMW MINI JacksonvilleReviews
Tom Bush BMW MINI Jacksonville review
Our outstanding service experience at Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville reinforces why we keep our loyalty to BMW. We had exceptional service throughout the entire process, from the moment I met the service clerk at drop off to my initial conversation with the service coordinator, Chad, to Michelle with the loaner car to the video from the service technician, Kat, to all of the follow up texts and conversations with Chad, and finally to the folks who detailed my car. The service department went the extra mile in cleaning the sticky substance that was interfering with the Park button on the center panel, which saved me from having to spend several thousands on a new one. Every single person I interacted with treated me with such kindness. I felt as though each member of the service department had graduated from a hospitality program because they knew how to make the customer happy. I look forward to my next service appointment!

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Kyle Sturgis is very knowledgeable, friendly & makes buying a new or used car easy. No one else I would use in the future. Thanks Kyle
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
