Everything from making the appointment to dropping the truck off to the work getting done in the time window promised was excellent. Ashley (my service advisor) was great and very helpful.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

The salesman was very helpful throughout the process of looking for a car, test driving, and making the final purchase. Very nice professional staff there. I had some payment issues with my bank and they were very supportive while I worked out a solution to that. Great team!

My car is a BMW X5 XDR40I Sports AC, and it did not need much service, just minor cosmetics requiring minimal interaction with the service department. I can report that at all times, Mr. Timothy was polite and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about future service health requirements for cars. i have been buying new cars now about every 4 years for the last 54 years and this last purchase from festa lincoln in mesa az was the best buying experience i ever had in all those years. my salesman was very professional and even more he was truly customer orientated. i have gone thru nightmares in past buying experiences where i have walked out of the show room because of some sales tactics people have used, not so with fiesta. they actually listened to what i wanted and did not try to sell me things i didn't. i was hesitant going up there for the closing as i have been lied to in the past but not with fiesta, they are good to their word. when my wife is ready for her new car i know who i will be contacting.
