On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

He always provides the option of using a loaner car.mHe explains all work completed and pricing. Deanna is a breath of fresh air - always ready with a smile and genuine greeting when you step into the service department. I could use a dealership closer to home for my service needs but would never consider it! For me it is Wirth the extra travel time to go to BWM of Shrewsbury.
