Sid Eng helped us buying a new car. It took about 2 hours but he kept us comfortable with his good sense of humor. No hassle at all. The price of car was reasonable. We liked the finance guy too. He was very professional and kind. Highly recommend this store.

2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Prompt, courteous and thorough reception and service by all employees. The spend time answering any questions I have. I purchased my car at Bellevue Audi and recently returned for the 12 month service. Both visits have been exceptional and my car is always returned to me freshly washed.

Seattle MiniReviews
Seattle Mini review
I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

CarMax Renton review
I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I worked with Robert Gerth to get a new BMW, this was the second time I worked with Robert. And he was recommended by a friend. Robert pays great attention to detail, lets the experience sell itself, and is extraordinarily accommodating. He created the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Robert, especially if you want a great experience that doesn’t leave you with any regrets or afterthoughts. He’s the best!
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

BMW Seattle review
I had an excellent experience at BMW Seattle. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Said, who was incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He explained every detail clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel pressured. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my decision. I highly recommend BMW Seattle, and especially Said, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable car-buying experience.
2021 BMW X5 review
First, I want to address the KAREN who left a zero stars review and put a very small dent in this establishment's reputation. It's folks like you who are the real PROBLEM! You wanted your title immediately because you feel so entitled to demand things immediately as if everything is a fast food drive thru! I'll take a wild guess that you were probably informed that the title was in transit and on its way to the dealership. However, you wanted to rub a genie lantern and have it instantly appear! Bro or Madam, GO KICK ROCKS! As for my experience with The Car House family, it was a joy and a pleasure doing business with you all. There was NO pressure to buy any of the vehicles I took out for a spin. I was blessed to have one of the sales managers himself, Saeed, personally take care of me and he did exactly that. There was no rush to fill out a credit application, agree to buy or even sign anything. Instead, he helped me understand that as the customer, I have to love the car for myself before anything else. Anyhow, I had the most amazing, pleasurable and #1 car buying experience in my entire lifetime of buying vehicles and I'm 56 years old and have purchased many over the years. So, don't be afraid to let these folks earn your business. I promise that you won't be sorry or feel like you wasted your time........... That is, unless you're a KAREN! God bless

BMW Seattle review
I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

Elliott Bay INEOS Grenadier review
Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Had an excellent experience with my BMW engine oil service. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The pickup and drop-off were arranged perfectly by the team and everything was handled right on time. The car was returned perfectly serviced, vacuum-cleaned, and in excellent condition, with no issues whatsoever. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth, hassle-free service. Great job by the entire team?I?m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their service!

My experience at BMW maintenance department was a great. Chris, my advisor, was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He made my life easier by having a car for me while I waited for mine to be looked at.

BMW of Bellevue review
General maintenance done as was recommended. Overall a great experience but wish all of the BMW locations had a joint service platform. We just had spark plugs done within 6 months but the Bellevue center didn't have any record of this. Luckily I handled the visit because my wife wouldn't have known this and would have had them do it again. Other than that, this was one of our better experiences that we have had so far with BMW.

Best vehicle I have ever purchased. The ride, handling, power, performance, comfort and even fuel economy is impressive. Now I get what the big deal is about BMW's

CarMax Beaverton review
I had my oil changed at the Beaverton, OR location on 09/20/19. As I arrived, Adam was waiting for me, walked up to my car and greeted me with a positive smile. Also, Adam was very attentive and answered my question of when my next oil change is due, scheduled my future oil change right away. I respect Adam's customer service.
2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!
