I've always tried to be diligent on my servicing and use a dealership because I feel you're suppose to get the best customer service, the work is to be handled by experienced and certified professionals... Well, that's not always the case!
I've weren't through four other dealerships because I just don't think they know how to treat customers, it's absolutely ridiculous, with the amount of money we spend on these cars I would expect (hope) that we get the utmost out of our experience... I FOUND IT, finally!
I was working with a gentleman by the name of DT (I think his name was Dung) and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. It was such a pleasure going through him, he answered all my questions and got me in/out as he promised in a timely manner. The one thing that actually stood out to me the most was how happy and helpful he was, I couldn't imagine it being easy trying to keep a smile on your face when you're dealing with disgruntled customers or people that just had their cart broke down.
I don't think I've ever given a review on satisfaction, usually it's only to warn potential customers of a business and their shadiness. I live in Plano and there are plenty of closer dealerships, I've tried my hand at multiple different dealerships, they all seem the same, they don't seem to care about the customer other than getting them in to pay their money. Give that man DT a raise, he's the reasin I'm sold, I'll be taking my family's cars here from now on.
Keep up the great work, pass along the massage to him... You're doing a wonderful job young man!!!
