She was helpful without being pushy finding me cars and treated my questions for a used car that was 50k or new car at 80k with the same respect. She would stay in contact without coming off pushy. She created an advisor/ client relationship and through it gained my trust. I looked at many different options and honestly the timing was crazy for me. So the majority of my indecisiveness came more from my brain being overwhelmed with everyday life and not so much on the car. Through her patients and letting me get into a better head space. She was able to get me from a used car (maybe bmw or maybe even a different brand) to a new x5 (with more packages then I ever thought I would get). I hope your sales staff can learn from Wendy and her example of building a relationship with the customer and allowing the client to go through the process because sometimes the process is so much more for the customer than just finding a car. We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car. We would definitely go back to Sami for our future car needs, and we would highly recommend him to our family & friends, and to anyone shopping for a new BMW.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

2019 BMW X6 review
Sporty, comfortable, well built and reliable. The X6 is a terribly underrated machine. I'd buy it all over again. Best in its class and enjoying every mile in it.

2016 BMW X6 review
I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

2015 BMW X6 review
i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖

2021 BMW X6 review
Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
2019 BMW X6 review
My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!
