I must say that purchasing my car from Versatile Collections was the best car buying experience I’ve had thus far. Doc, my salesman, was very nice & friendly. He made sure I was satisfied with the purchase I was making & made sure all my questions & concerns were addressed. I drove 3hrs. from SC to make my car purchase & it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend going to Versatile Collections if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!
Very professional and knowledgeable sales team. Did not waste time for negotiation, direct to the point and possible proposal. Could have saved time by scheduling time for paperwork but it was smooth and quick.
I hate dealerships and I typically try to buy private party when I can but Carl Black has changed my opinion on the entire experience. I couldn???t find what I wanted anywhere until I found Carl Black. The sales team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and knew I was being treated fairly. The used car selection top quality, not like those pop up stores you see lined down the street.... Matt Hernandez in used cars was very up front and Eric in finance found me a better rate than even my own bank would offer. A++ will be a repeat customer.

Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.
Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
I am so happy I chose to buy my 2015 Lexus ES 350 from Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. Sales Rep, King Hardy, was awesome!! He gave me exactly the car I was looking for. I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
Best service and experience by far. I was very happy.

This will be the sixth range rover I have bought from Land Rover Gwinnett. Mary Cromer takes the best care of me from beginning to end. Her service is superb. I Will never shop anywhere else for a car .
They contacted me promptly and answered all my questions. The Nissan was a great deal. Easy transaction. Would buy another car from them. Blake was great to deal with.
