Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We moved to Austin last year and have had our Porsche serviced @ Porsche Central Austin. The service staff has always been superb. Timely, friendly and professionally. When our lease is scheduled to be due next Feb, we decided to look around for other potential cars. We looked at the Alfa Romeo 4 C and also were interested in a Maserati as well. At the end, given the positive experience we have had, we came back to Porsche Austin. Was greeted very warmly by Shaun Jones and decided to get a convertible this time. Shaun and the sales manager, Taylor Amos did a FANTASTIC job to get us a great deal and we walked out with another Porsche.... We can't say enough about how great this dealership and their people are
I was interested in a CPO’ed Cayenne and the salesman was very responsive and sent me additional coutures and videos. Sadly the car sold before I could put down an offer. My only complaint is the SUV sold 7 days ago and is still on many websites as if it’s still available. It needs to be taken off the market because I’m still searching for a similar car and would like an accurate view of what is actually available to purchase.
Chase went beyond his job to make sure he corrected my problem. My Porsche took longer than expected and Chase kept Me in the loop daily on what was being done. The Manager Evan called to check on my satisfaction. Thanks for all the work.
I am well pleased with the dealership, the customer service is amazing. I have owned several mercedes and each of my service advisors have been excellent. Jordan is amazing we have the most wonderful working relationship. I want to also give a shout out to the loaner department for the excellent service they provided during the repairing of my car.

Mark Hakim went above and beyond for us and is a great Salesman and a pleasure to work with. We are Texas residents and visiting California and decided to buy a Porsche Cayenne, Mark took videos and pictures of different Cayennes and sent them to us until we found the one we loved. All paperwork was overnighted to us and then we overnighted back, simple process. We bought the car on a Monday and car was shipped Tuesday and to us by Thursday afternoon in California. We will definitely buy our next Vehicle from Mark at Austin Porsche. We buy new cars yearly and this was by far the easiest smoothed transaction, specially for not being in Texas. Go buy a Porsche and ask for Mark you won't be disappointed!!!!
Fantastic experience working with Michael Frohlich. Very friendly and knowledgeable person with excellent followup after the sale. I owned a Saab few yrs back and my experience was really bad so I was not fond of swedish products but this car and service facility was surprisingly good experince.
Working with Jacob, especially, and Shannon. This was a long process, nearly a year, where we test drove a lot of cars from different makers. We kept coming back to Volvo. Jacob worked with us several times, answering a lot of questions, as we came to realize that the XC60 was the better choice for us, not the 40 -- and the XC40 is a stunning and brilliant car. There was no pressure, no sense of used car sales guys with slicked back hair. This was collaborative, a conversation.
I recently had my Volvo V90 receive its 20K service. Courteous service writer Jim had all work done in a timely manner plus had the car washed and a minor paint scrape buffed out. From the initial purchase assisted by Michael Frohlich and Manager Shannon, all encounters with this dealership have been exemplary. It does help that they are selling excellent vehicles.
