When I search for a vehicle, I look nation wide. My wife and I will fly in and drive home, making a trip of the purchase. When we saw the Certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Fred Haas Toyota World in Houston we called right away. We were connected to Diego Andrade. He is a great person to do business with. Diego sent us pictures and videos of the car and handled all the paperwork perfectly. With the airport - IAH - a few miles from the dealership, we were ready to Uber a ride there. Diego wouldn’t let that happen. He picked us up at the airport in his personal vehicle! 4 hours later my wife and I were on the road enjoying the beautiful Highlander (getting 36 MPG) traveling thru east Texas and up through Arkansas. My first BMW was a 1974 3.0CS. Superb driving machine all the rest, 740 IL, 540s, 550, Z4 3.5 and now an X54e. All great fun.

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but from the first phone call with Rodrick King I was treated professionally and courteously. We discussed what I was looking for and how an out of state purchase would work. He communicated promptly and knowledgeably. What struck the me the most was at the end of our first call he stated, "Let me go to work for you". Not what I had been greeted by at other "'dealerships".

I read the reviews here prior to purchasing over a year ago, and now that I've had 30k miles to reflect back on this purchase (78k total), I think the lack of reviews seems to be pretty indicative of what ownership is like. Zero reliability problems, maintence has been cheaper than my 15' Tahoe (awful car, btw), and I've become numb to the ease of ownership because I've found nothing major to complain about with it.. and trust me, I tried. I average 35-40 mpg on a 50 mile round trip commute and I charge at night. I don't even notice when the engine kicks on (I have to look at the tachometer to know unless I'm gunning it), but when it is on, this thing is a little rocket. I wasn't quite ready for a full EV and this has far exceeded my expectations for bridging that gap, so much so that I drove a 2018 X5 35i and it felt like I went back to the stone age. Only minor complains: Cabin so insanely quiet I hear little crackles in the interior when I smack potholes, infotainment is complex (every BMW has this issue), and I can only get 18ish miles out of pure EV mode. The fact there are hardly any bad reviews of this car on here (aside your typical Karens) just tells me that owners, like myself, have nothing we need to shout from the rooftops to forewarn about. I've recommended this car to friends and family, I'd buy another one, and I concede that there's always the possibility something eventually could go wrong.. it's a car after all. Do your maintenance kiddos

Wonderful people I didn't see anybody there that wasn't smiling or glad to see you it was my first experience with Bmw in every aspect, first car first visit pull inside the building immediate help and attention felt really special my service manager's name was Joel really nice man I was very well taken care of felt wonderful to give my money to them people the service was perfect my car was fixed ran perfect when I picked it up they knew exactly what to do how to fix it purring like a kitten one of the things I like the most I picked my car up cleaner than I dropped it off and I dropped it off clean there were no greasy fingerprints all over it like a lot of places to do as soon as you go home you have to wash them off good detail job too pricing is real reasonable you get a lot for your money I just wish I would have gotten into a BMW a long time ago the car is wonderful as well as the dealership and the people there

I have always owned a Cadillac This is my first BMW. So far it is fantastic. I am still learning the features of this vehicle. I will give an update on the performance at a later time.

Donavan Rene was very accommodating! A little misunderstanding at first, but everything workout great in the end. He was very helpful from beginning to end.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Go to Max if you want a M car. He will take care of you like family. Going back to add more stuff on the car through him.

It looks awesome, sounds awesome, behaves like my M8 did, except it's larger and more trunk space, very ergonomic, and visually impressive inide out. Car is amazing, basically a German Rolls Royce. Build quality is first rate. Very comfortable seats and multi adjustable with massage. User interface is great with a small learning curve. Very aggressive styling and the Swarovski running lights are super cool. Destroys the competition from Benz and Audi. Twin turbo V8 best engine built. If you’re looking for a big luxury cruiser, this his is it. A bit expensive but worth it. Best in class.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.
