I was looking for a used BMW X3 with low mileage (under 60K) and found one listed for $20K. After reaching out to the dealership, I received a welcome text from Sam. I received a follow-up email from the General Manager, Sean, who also welcomed me and provided an additional point of contact. On the day I was scheduled for a test drive, Sam encountered an unexpected personal conflict. However, he promptly connected me with his colleague, Alvin. The communication leading up to this point had been exemplary and continued to be so throughout the experience. Upon my arrival, Alvin greeted me warmly, collected my driver's license and proof of insurance, and escorted me to the vehicle. It was meticulously prepared, detailed, and ready for my test drive. Within approximately 5-10 minutes behind the wheel, I was ready to purchase. Upon my return, Alvin performed a commendable service by inquiring about my driving habits. I indicated that I typically drive fewer than 300 miles per month, which led him to suggest that I consider a different vehicle altogether. I was open to this suggestion. In a noteworthy development, he presented a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition with comparable low mileage, priced $5k lower than the X3 and listed $2K below Blue Book value, all backed by Kelly Blue Book and a complimentary CarFax. While it was not the X3, it shared nearly identical specifications. One may question why a commission-based salesperson would recommend a vehicle priced $4,000 lower than the one I originally expressed interest in. The answer lies in the fact that this dealership is run as a family, not a one-and-done sale, but one that fosters a long-term relationship. Additionally, it was a better fit for my driving style and my wallet!! I was genuinely impressed by this level of customer service and care. I feel strongly connected to the BMW of Bellevue family. In the future, when I am ready to trade in my Jeep, I will assuredly return to BMW of Bellevue and seek assistance from Alvin, Sam, and Sean. I would be remiss not to highlight Dorela, the Finance Manager, for her candor, friendliness, and professionalism. She conducted her work in a straightforward manner, without being pushy, and handled the process with remarkable efficiency. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. I arrived at 2:10 PM for a test drive and departed with my Jeep by 5 PM?totaling less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership and encourage potential customers to visit BMW of Bellevue. It is advisable to request assistance from Alvin, who has over 20 years of experience selling BMWs, as well as from Sam or Sean. 2015 BMW 428i is an awesome ride. If you want a Sports Car but also a daily Driver, this is the car for you! Powerful yet efficient Engine when you want to save on gas.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

This car was everything i was looking for, cheap on gas, quick and cheap. The N55 engine is the most reliable engine in my opinion. I have owned 4 BMW vehicles with all types of engines but this was by far the most reliable. I never had to worry about the car breaking down and i never spent thousands of dollars on issues. I paid as much as anyone would pay for a Japanese or american car.

At 6'3", I fit comfortably, even more so than in previous SL500/SLK350s. It easily accommodates two people and weekend luggage. The B48 turbo inline-4 is efficient (averaging ~28 mpg) yet delivers strong performance (0-60 in ~5.5s). The ZF 8-speed transmission is a responsive partner, offering versatile driving modes (EcoPro to Sport+), with paddle/shifter control. Handling is exceptional with the staggered 19" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, holding traction even when pushed hard. The ride can be firm due to the short rear overhang, a trade-off for the Z4's superior cornering compared to the more comfortable but less engaging SL500. The i7-adjacent infotainment is user-friendly with physical climate controls and includes active cruise control, backup camera, and parking assist. Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and the OEM interface are both good, though the optional wireless charger can overheat phones. Numerous customization options exist, with aftermarket apps (BimmerCode) offering even more. Comfort is good with supportive seats (plenty of legroom for a tall driver), excellent wind management with a removable blocker, and a calm cabin with windows up. The ability to operate the soft top at speeds up to 30 mph is surprisingly useful, and it can also be controlled via the key fob. A minor annoyance is the center armrest's asymmetrical opening and the passenger-side cupholder cover hindering armrest use and cup retrieval. Also, the aggressively bolstered, somewhat narrow seats might not suit wider individuals – a test fit is recommended. Interior storage is adequate with door pockets, under-dash space, enclosed center console (cupholders), and a rear tray with trunk access. The insulated soft top ensures a muted cabin with the top up, and the Harman Kardon sound system is impressive. Phone calls remain clear even with the top down. Overall, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i is a reliable, efficient, stylish, and comfortable convertible, my best yet and one I intend to keep.

Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

2002 BMW Z3 Coupe (clown shoe) owner. Could be happier with my car. It’s a non-M model (only bmw that factory made more M than non-M models). I’ve got 188k miles on the dial. Truly a blast to drive. It’s quick and light, handles great and different than most cars on the road. People ask me what it is all the time. The coupe has been reliable and no major issues, just maintenance. I’ve owned it 4 years, mainly my daily driver. I’ve put about 40k miles on it. Great for short trips and canyon runs. Lots of room for groceries, I’m 6 ft tall and it’s a comfortable fit.

I've owned my 2003 3.0i 6sp E85 for almost 9 years. Equipped w/ M Sport option, 18" staggered alloys and painted in a beautiful Toledo Blue. Yes the car has need some maintenance, some worn parts replaced, but nothing too surprising or extraordinary expensive aside from tires. I'm in my 60's and still do most of my own work. Love the ride, the style, 6sp manual transmission, the power, the smoothness of the car in general. Would I recommend this car? Only to those that love a car that YOU want to drive. NO AI frills to distract one. Just a pure driving experience.
