From the moment I reached out to Silbia to discuss a car, until when I drove it back home, she was always very helpful. Being out of state, I pretty much bought the car blindly, but Silbia made it so easy and trustworthy, that I?d do it over and over again. She helped with all the paperwork so that I can register the car in California. When i met her and the rest of the team at the dealership, the experience was even better. I felt respected and that they were taking care of every aspect to ensure I was happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this place and their people!

My wife already leases an i4 from this same dealership. I was so amazed with their level of commitment, service, and quality that I purchased my new X3 from them as well. Our sales representative Narek Martirosyan was very dedicated to making this purchase happen. Not pushy, but honest, realistic, and determined. I am VERY pleased to report that I am now recieveing the same amazing customer care with my new vehicle and I couldn't recommend a dealership or brand more than BMW. My entire expereince was first class, well tailored, and expertly handled. Thank you for being so awesome!!

I sold my car this weekend and was greeted at the door by Damien. From the very begining of the process he made the whole seamless and stress free. He was very friendly and made the whole process so easy. I didn?t anticipate doing everything on this day so I ran out of time and had to leave to pick up my child. Damien was completely understanding and offered to meet me wherever I was so we could complete the paperwork! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Audi Las VegasReviews
Audi Las Vegas review
Kambiz (KAZ) Marvi #1 pick for a Audi Brand Specialist with no pressure salesman at Audi Las Vegas! The whole team at Audi Las Vegas was simply outstanding! 5/5 star diamond experience. From being welcomed by the general manager Darin Hegney personally to KAZ to Arlen - they really went out of there way to make my purchase exceptional. Even the next day I received a call from Anthony Howard their Audi technical advisor congratulating us and wanting to make sure we contacted him with ANY questions about the vehicle and how to navigate through all the tech. I have purchased a LOT of vehicles at 60 years old and Audi along with other dealerships should look at how Darin Hegney runs a business - top notch.

Honda WestReviews
Honda West review
My 2013 Toyota Tacoma was approaching 150,000 miles, and I was ready for a new vehicle. I used AI to help me learn; very helpful ! I initially was interested in an SUV like the RAV4, but after test driving, it wasn't for me. I was used to my Tacoma and I cut my favorites to a Tacoma or a Honda Ridgeline truck. I made an appointment at Honda West, and Marcus was assigned to me. He was able to compare detailed issues related to my two final choices. He not only knows his own products, he certainly genuinely knows about the competition. He was also very patient with me as I was weighing trading in my 2013 Tacoma, or selling it to CarMax. Marcus gave me 'offer' numbers ($) for each possibility, helping me with my final decision. I was very pleased with the other Honda West employees with whom I worked. Very friendly and competent and helpful.

Took in my 2021 Q5 for oil change. Noticed a 2025 Q5 for sale on dealer floor. Notived that it was low mileage. Spotless Shape. Came in the next with intent to purchase that car after some online research. Purchased through Autonation. No haggle, price was the price and it was the lowest listed anywhere for a certified pre owned Quick and easy. The only wrinkle was their trade in offer for my 2021 Q5 came in low. I had a quote already from Carvana that was significantly higher. Bought the new Q5 directly and sold my older Q5 ton caravan for significantly more. Other than that, good sales and finance and quick process.

Findlay Nissan HendersonReviews
Findlay Nissan Henderson review
Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. When I returned, Stephanie and other staff were very understanding and accommodating. They compared and offered several financing options, and helped me find he right used Rogue for me. If the dealership had not read or taken my initial reivew serious they would have never called. I thank each person ho waited on me patiently. I would definitely recommend Findlay Nissan to anyone considering purchasing a new or used car. Thank you all.

Damien was cool. Came in to inquire about selling and he helped us through the whole process. Was super friendly. I don?t know what he had to do but whatever it was he seemed to work fast so I know he was working hard. He checked in with us throughout the process and made sure we were ok. He communicated really well about each Stephan?s time frame. Great experience. If you sell your car ask for Damien.

I just want to take a moment to truly thank Kevin Yang here at BMW of Henderson. It’s been nothing but warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive, and that kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the whole experience that much more special. A very special thank you to Kevin in sales, the one who made it all happen! He’s truly AMAZING. His patience, honesty, and dedication meant everything to my wife and I, throughout this process. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. That level of service is rare, and I’m so grateful for it. I’m beyond grateful and proud to be a client of BMW. This experience was top tier from beginning to end!!

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.
