Jim Bowman, retired US Marine, sold us a 2007 Chevy Silverado. He was a nice, no-pressure salesman. Great sense of humor, very friendly guy, will definitely see him again if we ever need another car.

Expensive piece of crap

I would not recommend this car or any other BMW car. The quality is just not there anymore and BMW will not stand behind their products. Numerous problems with this car with less than 68000 miles on it. Thousands of dollars in repair bills. A cheap American car has just as much quality these days and will not cost you the expensive maintenance issues that a BMW has not to mention the regular very expensive costs of normal wear and tear.
This BMW is nicely appointed and runs great. Plenty of room for family and dependable transportation. If you find one with a Dinan upgrade, this makes this vehicle the perfect combination (Dinan is only performance upgrade approved by BMW).

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I love every bit of this car. I have the level 2 home charger which makes owning this car much better. No range anxiety at all because the car regenerates about 20-30 miles if driven correctly. Just don’t drive like a maniac. If you use the car for how it’s intended, it’s amazing. City car, don’t use freeway and high speeds with AC kill range. However even living in AZ and running the AC, I’m still good on range because of the home charger. It’s a must. WKe up every day to 120-150 Miles to drive. After a while the car configured how much range your car will get based on how you drive with the regenerative Miles added to it. Fast, fun, comfy and roomy. At the same time small to park anywhere! Love this car!!!

Selling to Carvana: super easy and no-hassle!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

It is the best electric vehicle on the road. Alloy frame, carbon fiber body, 20 inch Ecco tires, and a range extender for the battery puts the I3 in a class of its own. The vehicle is fast, nimble, and a joy to drive. The perfect city vehicle.

Best service ever!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

I was stunned by the incredible acceleration and responsiveness of the electric vehicle. Gas vehicles can't measure up to that. Very comfortable ride. Good sound system. Adequate power plus.
I deal with mike Lawson and Travis and I always have a good experience. I even had requested a rental and there weren’t any but they still worked with me to get me one. The girls that are at the counter for car rentals are also so nice and helpful!
Amy was absolutely phenomenal!!! She kept us informed through the process of replacing the engine to our X3. Amy is a true professional and I would recommend anyone to get her as their car care representative. I give her a 11 out of a possible 10!!!! The neutral rating on question number 2 has absolutely nothing to do with Amy's performance but more to do with the car, I would not recommend a BMW to a friend.

Wow! Where to start. This car is fully loaded and the most comfortable rideI have ever had. Lots of head and leg room. Great gas mileage. Friends are very surprised to find they can control the air and heat in the back seat themselves. If you want an outstanding car I would definately recommend a BMW 330i. And if you want to get a great deal go to Reeves BMW Tampa. They are outstanding.
I've been using Checkered Flag Mini since I bought my first one in 2004, ... I now also have a 2015. When I got the 2015, Frank was able to advise me on the new features and what he knew I had come to expect and love about my 2004, from a servicing standpoint. I didn't follow one suggestion and regret it, ... and maybe I should have tried that cool color combination, too... but otherwise, I was sensible and took his great advice. The 2015 had a crazy issue with a recent recall, but as usual, Frank Lindsay in service has kept me well informed and taken care of me and my mini throughout the process. I've had a Mini for 13 years and Frank has been there to assist, keep me informed, and dealt with all of my crazy issues with being a coastal ecologist taking the Mini from swamp to shore to cross-country trips (think I have the highest mileage on the 2015 so far). He has set the standard and it is a tough act to follow! Thanks, Frank!

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Everything that you can ask and think of are in this car! Luxury, power and speed, style, good on fuel and reliability. My son loves this car and it's my retirement car from active duty service!
I really enjoy my X1 and have had zero issues with it after nearly 3 years. The seats are a real joy with excellent lumbar support. Far more spacious than the Audi and Porsche at a lesser price point. Bmw knocked it out of the park in my opinion. For all of those loyal to the 6 this little twin scroll 4 won’t disappoint. A few more features in more basic packages would be nice. I have only found one hiccup, the hands free tailgate sensor is a little to reactive and can close on you at inopportune times.
Car is luxurious, and have all the advanced features in it. Bold exterior and interior looks. Good mileage if driven with care. Smooth driving with incredible performance!
I have owned my BMW 650i Grand Coupe for 2 years. It is my 5th BMW and o Honestly don't know where I could possibly go next. This car has everything you could possibly look for ina. Luxury Sedan. Power, second to none handling, roominess while at the same time beyond sporty, and is the sleekest looking BMW there is in my opinion. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for Power, Sport and a luxury sports car that still has more gen enough room as a 4-door vehicle to be a family car.
The 650i coupe is a great car to drive and will turn heads when you drive by. Excellence exterior styling. The Executive package gives you the most stylish wheels BMW has on the market. The only negative is the sunroof doesn't open.
Tuesday 10/4/16 driving down the road and heard a noise, thinking it was a vehicle around me, then the car was no longer around me and my car was still "singing". Thank goodness I was on Jefferson Ave in front of Casey Chevrolet! This is where I also purchased my vehicle! I pulled straight into the service bay and Jeff was there (my regular man Richard was having lunch) as I got out of the car Jeff said "don't look so stressed". I said that it didn't sound good and he said no it doesn't but we will take care of it for you! Signed my car in picked up a loaner and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!! Yes 15 minutes!! I received a call the next day with the results (thank goodness for warranty). I picked my vehicle up no cost (warranty, warranty). Dropped off the loaner and out the door I went. Thank goodness for caring folks to look out for their customers. I will recommend them if asked for a reliable service team for a vehicle. THANK YOU JEFF and service techs for taking care of my baby.

The Z4 is fun. If you want to drive fast or just put the top down and cruise it is a car to own. The added packages like M suspension make the drive very comfortable. The seats and leg room are perfect for a short drive or a trip across country. Such a solid vehicle I am very happy I bought one!!
I tried to get the M550 but there simply were none available. And I didn't want to build my own. So I went a step down and got a 540 M-sport X drive. Man this car is sweet. Parks itself, practically dives itself on the highway if you wanted, brakes for you if you are not fast enough, has its own mobile hotspot with wireless charging - just a few of the hundreds of features I'm still learning about. Although its not the engine I wanted, its plenty fast! I love playing with the different drive features especially the sport modes. Very Fun. Everyone loves the 8 different interior lighting I can choose too (fav are orange and blue....I put on pink for the lady). Fast, Fun, Safety and Luxury all in one car!
I love the power and beauty of this car. It is equipped with many additional features that are not standard like side and rear window shades the rear is automatically controlled the software controls are all very deep and complex and take weeks to master. Even the buttons and location of them all is a learning experience. But I love it all!!
If you know what you want and are seriously looking for a great used German manufactured car, Auto Haus is the place to go!
I had been looking for a BMW convertible, preferably a hardtop model since I'd had one before and really liked that feature but I was keeping an open mind, and not having much luck. A friend recommended I check out Auto Haus in Yorktown, Virginia which had a really nice 135i convertible for sale. I called ahead and made contact with Vince Frazier in sales, a really nice guy. Test drive the 134i, it was very nice but too small fir my taste. Also drove a cherry 2011 428i convertible in blue but the color was not what I really wanted. Vince explained that Auto Haus offers acar finding service called "iFind", you give them the description of exactly what you want and a fully refundable $500 deposit, and they will search the country to find the right car.
About a month later Vince called to tell me they think they had found "my" car. He sent me an email with photos and specs for my approval. Once I told him I was interested, they bought the car and brought it to that dealership.
What a beautiful, perfect car! A 2014 BMW 435i in mint condition and low miles. I couldn't be happier!
Turns out that the owner, Mr. Hans Hohlrieder, is the buyer for the dealership and personally selects only the best of what's available in the dealership network for his customers! As we were finalizing the deal, Mr. Hohlrieder came out to meet me and thank me for my business.
Bottom line; I have an amazing car at a price well below what I would have paid anywhere else for the same car! I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend you check Auto Haus out if you are interested in a German used car. I suggest you ask for Vince Frazier when you call too.

Fun for both road trips and around town, and the hardtop convertible is a phenomenal piece of engineering and turns heads. The 335i turbo is expensive and unreliable after 70k miles or so.
In March 2016, I was looking for a very particular car, which I found at Auto Haus of Yorktown, VA. Living 3 hours away in the Washington, DC area, I conducted all of my pre-purchase transactions remotely. Upon arrival, I found the car was EXACTLY as it was described online, and the dealership was extremely helpful in finding me an interest rate that was lower than even my credit union was offering. The staff could not have been nicer (even sent me an email wishing me a happy birthday almost a year later) and the process of completing the paperwork went quickly. Though I don't live in the area, I can guarantee I'll be talking to them the next time I need to purchase a car! They're just great to work with!!

I’ve owned this car for almost three years. In the past it has been in the shop for multiple different things whether it be the battery, oil pan, guilds changed, power steering pump, the list goes on and on. This car is amazing when you aren’t worried about it breaking. Over the first two years it was only in the shop once. Recently, it was 3 times in the past month totaling over $3k. BUY A WARRANTY
