Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. 2021 BMW X7 review
I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

2019 BMW X7 review
This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

The 2024 BMW X5M LCI is an amazing piece of engineering, able to defy physics with its 617-hp twin turbo V-8, massive tires and brakes, and adaptive suspension. It's no nimble sports car, but you'll be able to take more along for the ride, and bathe them in luxury while still taking your fair share of pink slips from unsuspecting, overly confident drivers who are unaware of what lurks underneath the hood. The price of admission is steep, and it takes a lot of gas to produce a 3.7 second 0-60, but its worth it. I get compliments on the Isle of Mann Green, which looks amazing in the sunlight. idrive 8 is a little buggy at times, but work pretty well on the massive screen. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle. It ain't perfect, but what is? If you have the means, I suggest you pick one up.

2024 BMW X3 M review
Nothing like it. Definitely a sleeper. A rocket on steroids. This SUV is race car built for the track but made for the road. It corners wonderfully especially on hard tight corners. It has a sport suspension which makes it ride very harshly on runflats but softens up on Michelins. I didn't buy this suv for gas mileage rather I bought it for fun. Yet it averages 21mpg around 75-80mph. The seats fit like a glove.
