I visited McDonald Mazda West on Saturday, 2 February searching for a new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring for my son who is graduating from the US Air Force Academy in May 2018. It's his first new car and I wanted to ensure he had a positive experience during the buying process. First, I would like to recognize the professional, courteous reception we received from Mr. Robert Nichols when we arrived for our 1PM appointment. What soured our visit was the behavior of the Sales Manager, Tyler (I don't remember his last name). Tyler was vague about answering my questions regarding a new 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring vehicle on the showroom floor. He "shushed" Robert three times during our discussion of the vehicle...in front of my son. Finally, Tyler failed to give us written quotes on the 2016 Mazda Grand Touring vehicle and the 2017/2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicles we are interested in...which was the purpose of our visit. We left McDonald Mazda West empty handed on Saturday. That evening, we decided to make an offer on the 2016 vehicle...which Tyler encouraged us to do after he wouldn't answer my questions. It was countered today but not at price that made sense given that we have an offer over $2,000 lower on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle with essentially the same features...and none of the safety features in the 2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle. Again, I'd like to praise Mr. Robert Nichols for his service on Saturday and today. It's unfortunate that a person of Robert's caliber must work with a sales manager of Tyler's caliber. Tyler needs to appreciate the quality of his sales team. Tyler also needs to learn how to treat customers in a courteous and professional manner.
I had a really great experience at Gebhardt BMW. I was in my first lease and wasn't sure how the process worked. Kelly assisted me through the entire lease end process and made me feel at ease. She made me feel very welcome and answered all of my questions. She also helped me get into a new lease and was able to lower my payments! Thanks again Kelly!!!
One of the best experiences in the buying process was to work with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She took her time to explain all the features of my new BMW and there were many. She knew the features used by most people and set the initial settings to my liking. The key was the follow-up visit two weeks later to go over issues that were not covered or that needed further explaining. Thanks Mariah!
I purchased a 2016 X1 that was a loaner for the dealership. Sean Wingo was my sales person and he did a great job making sure that the car delivery was perfect. Thanks for all of your help! I was then connected with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She really is a Genius. She took us through all of the amazing features of our new X1. She was patient and informative. This is a really nice follow-up feature that Gebhardt provides to insure that you are getting the most out of your BMW investment. This our second BMW, my wife drive an X5. We love both of these cars.
They are awesome! We live in Denver but we go all the way to Boulder just because they are incredibly helpful and nice. We work with Joel who is amazing, and was pretty much the only reason we went all the way to Boulder, but the more we go we get to see that everyone there is super friendly and nice (Rafa). They even help us set up the kids car seats. I mean who does that?!! Thank you guys!! Even thought we don't want anything to be wrong with our car, we do look forward to stopping by and working with you! :)
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
I went with my husband to purchase a new car recently. He got approved for a brand new 2018 Hyundai elantra. what was even cooler is the fact that once we got approved, our sales man atilla said "choose any color you want!" It has so many features which makes it more cozy and easier to set up! Thank you atilla and Mitsubishi for doing a great job of making sure my husband left with a brand new car!!
I purchased a used 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The sales person was great and the buying process easy. I started out loving this dealer. When I went to leave the dealer another customer let me know my rear light was out. We notified the sales person who told us to bring it back another day to be fixed. As it was getting dark I talked to the manager saying I was not getting a ticked for lack of a tail light, they then fixed it. The following day I noticed a grinding in my breaks. I called the dealer and took it into be looked at. The service manager is the most rude person I have ever dealt with! They told me nothing was wrong with my breaks and the grinding was "normal". After another month of grinding I took it to a mechanic and had to pay over $300 to have the breaks and rotors done. I guess their 123 point inspection does not include breaks and lights.
I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
The best car buying experience I have ever had hands down. I will never buy a car anywhere else! Great environment, everyone was friendly and an extremely fast process. Drew Phillips was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process enjoyable! Thanks to everyone involved!
