Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
This dealership has been a pleasure to work with. We bought a used vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. They helped keep my 4 children busy while we filled out all the paperwork and worked the deal. I recently purchased a 2013 BMW X5 that I found on cars.com. I live nearly 900 miles from this dealership and never thought about purchasing a vehicle this far away. They had several pictures online but I wanted to know more and had a lot of questions. Jason went above and beyond to answer my questions and even put together a video of a walk around of the car highlighting key features. I was not driving that far unless I had intentions on leaving with it. We were able to work the deal out on the phone so I headed that way. I was prepared to find some hidden flaws or something that wasn’t quite like I was told and I didn’t mind leaving without it. When I arrived at the dealership I drove around looking for the car. I didn’t see it anywhere, I thought (he’s done sold that car). I walked into the dealership and my first thought was (this is nice!) it was clean and reflected professionalism. I still wanted to know where my car was, Jason was tied up with another customer so another staff member met me. I thought he was another salesman but come to find out he was the General Manager and the only way I found that out is by the website. Still where is my car? He kindly said come with me. Come to find out they had another little showroom on the side and it was parked in there. When I seen the car it was far nicer then the pictures presented and when Jason told me it was immaculate that was an understatement. It was spotless and waiting on me. Jason said they put it there to keep others from asking and to have it ready for me. I knew then it was mine, ok up to this point it was awesome but it gets better. The entire dealership was first class and the way they treated me and my family you would have thought I was buying the most expensive car BMW ever made. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and professional. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If they have anything you are remotely interested in I strongly recommend to reach out to them.
I recently purchased a used F150 from BMW of bel air and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I thought for sure that them being a BMW dealer would mean that they would stick their nose up a bit at someone spending 15k on an old pickup, but this was definitely not the case. They treated me and my family like we were there most important customers they had. I was blown away by the treatment we received, so far the best of ANY dealership I've been to previously. The truck was in good shape and a fair price, but what really sold it for me was sales team that I felt with. Great group of people!
Went in for a oil change and ended up with a new car. After finding out my car required extensive repairs I started talking trade in and purchase of new car. They worked very hard to get me in a new car with the options I wanted and a fair trade in. The bottom line worked and I purchased a New Car.

I recently purchased a 2014 CLS550 Mercedes from the 10100 Liberty Road Randallstown location this week. I had surgery back in June and was out on leave for a while. I did want to purchase another vehicle but wanted to wait until next spring. Nevertheless, I was just randomly searching on my iPad and came across Xclusive Motorcars. I’m glad I did because I didn’t even know this place existed. Before I began my search on the website I started reading the reviews. That is what blew me away! Someone did call me the day of my appointment to verify that I was still coming. Didn’t know it was Mike the sales manager. When I arrived unfortunately Scott was out ill but Mike the sales manager immediately took care of me and placed me in the good hands of sales associate Uma. Uma, and Mike gave me one of the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention Roosevelt one of the finance manager was excellent as well. They got me a great deal at a great price and had me on my way within hours. I worked dirctly with Brian and he was very professional and willing to work with me to come to an agreeable price for a great pre-owned car. Brian was available at any time during the negotiation process and when it came time to pick up the car, it DID NOT disappoint!
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
