After a few phone conversations and driving the 2 hours north from Naples, I recently purchased from this location and my salesman Blake as well as Ernie the Finance Manager, were outstanding. Blake was straight forward, relaxed, well informed and gave a clear explanation of the process, the vehicles, Carfax reports and managed expectations superlatively. Ernie did an EXCELENT job of finding a credit facility that worked for me and made me feel very comfortable when we went through the numbers. The General Manager, David Goldberg had to step in and address a misunderstanding during the transaction and he did so with reserved and measured poise and tact that resulted in an amicable solution. The transaction did take quite a bit longer than scheduled or anticipated regardless of the misunderstanding but in the end it was done properly. I am VERY satisfied with the quality of the vehicle and the overall process as well as the staff. Thank you to everyone involved, even the other customer. Based on my experience, I would absolutely buy another car from Off Lease Only.

So far I love this car. It has great styling and a good looking interior. The infotainment area is very easy to use. I have the sport package. I’ve received so many compliments on its looks. The only down fall is sometimes it’s not as responsive as I’d like. It’s nice in sport mode, but a little sluggish in comfort mode. Still, I like driving it.

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

This was my first experience with off lease car, what a hit!! I've been shopping online for used cars and had been to several dealerships in town but none of the cars I found online we're on anyone's lot. I found the car I wanted from off lease cars online this time I decided to call to make sure the car was actually on the property and it was so I made an appointment and met with Nicole Ventura, who by the way is AWESOME!! Nicole was so polite, kind and patient, she answered all of our questions and had the car ready for us to test drive arrival. I've never had a better car purchasing experience ever!! Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

I had a '22 Maxima SV as a rental in South Florida and I feel qualified to write a review as I put 1500 miles on it in the course of 4 days (due to my flight being cancelled I had to drive it back to ATL). As an avid car enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed with the Maxima. It was reasonably comfortable while still retaining an ounce of athleticism, the 3.5 V6 was super smooth and even made a nice growl upon heavy acceleration, and the CVT isn't actually that bad (works great in stop and go traffic). The SV trim has everything you would want feature wise and the Apple Car Play worked fantastic. I will say the fit and finish is great for a normal car brand, however not the best stacked up to brands such as Lexus, BMW, etc. The adaptive cruise worked pretty decent however after daily driving a Model 3, it would have been nice to have some sort of lane centering feature. I also averaged 28 MPG and I wasn't taking it easy (80 MPH+) which was very impressive. The Maxima is a super solid premium sedan contender, still looks very stylish, has plenty of space, performs well in the city and on the highway, and overall is a super honest car.

Vivian did an excellent job keeping me informed and providing the quote to perform a manual transmission oil change. The only negative was the price for the transmission oil… $280.00 is an overly expensive amount; particularly, when I found the same VW approved gearbox oil online for $39.95! On the positive side, the work was completed expeditiously and the car was cleaned beautifully.

Just bought this car and I'm in love! I've had a few Hyundais and each one I get impresses me more than the last. The car really feels like a high-end sports car for a very modest price. It's very fun and engaging between the driving and design. The customization and drive options are definitely made for enthusiasts. I can't say I have any complaints so far. Let's hope it holds up over time!

I had researched small/compact SUV vehicles in their respective class. Toyota known for reliability and quality for the price was on top of my list. It took me a years time to have gotten lucky enough on a trade in at a local dealer. My timing was right on as when I arrived l looked it over before speaking with a rep. I overheard employees saying that the RAV4 Sport v6 check all the boxes and was a unicorn in and out. The owner must have taken a hit which after test driving it, it was straight as an arrow with minor slight blemishes for a 8 year old vehicle. I knew to make an offer, which was listed at $15,500. It was the end of the month, so it was approved to sell at $1000. Off if I took it that day. “Deal” and ever since driving it away with my temporary papers, I knew I found the SUV 4WD I’ve been looking for. Right place, right time. I still have it and it’s a workhorse, and have put about 15k on it to which It had 60k when I purchased it. Great buy, and say goodbye to v6 engines as the car companies need to go green and the future is about EV.

Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. Got quotes from 2 other dealerships within 60 miles and Gettel matched the lowest. Very easy transaction, friendly attentive service by Sam, Walter and finance manager Glen. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.

I bought my car in one day from a great salesman named Richard. He was professional, kind, and he came to pick me up at my home in the rain that took him almost an hour! Who does that?! Richard, that's who. On the way to Gulf Coast Brokers, we both realized there was something wrong with the rear tires. He told me whatever the car needed they would take care of it. Well, today they gave me 4 brand new Firestone tires. My 2014 Toyota Rav4 rides like a 2022! The Manager Marcin was also kind and professional. He replaced the air filter that's in the glove compartment, no charge to me. I can't say more about these people who know how to treat customers. Whatever you buy will be priced fairly. this is my 5th rang rover and my first SUPERCGARGED HSE and its been spectacular, has 80,000 miles and is a 2015. i trade every 90,000 miles and but CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. My next will be the RANGE ROVER SPORT SVR

Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

Went in today for a check up on my battery , which was purchased in 2019 from this service center. Check was performed and as I suspected it was not performing up to par. Was replaced and used what was left of the warranty , also let me know my cabin filter was dirty and has not been changed for 2 years. As I have all my serviced performed here at the Venice Honda Dealer, ever since I purchase it there , they keep records of service performed and I feel I can trust the mechanics. As for me they are Great .

This is a GREAT vehicle. Chrysler finally got the roof and bonnet functioning very well. The only problem I have had is that when it is raining and I'm in the garage and exiting; there is a fair amount of dripping onto the my leg.
