I get they're out to make money, but you think they would be like oh yeah, we'll definitely fix that. Wasn't a bad experience and ppl were nice. Just wish they were a little more accommodating. I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

Although we never met face to face, Dominic made the entire transaction remarkably easy. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and extremely responsive by text. He clearly explained the purchase details, credit application, financing, warranty and protection options, handled the digital paperwork, and provided follow-up documentation so my husband and I could review everything together without feeling rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how seamlessly Dominic and Scott worked together across Bergstrom locations. 2025 Buick Enclave review
I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

2016 Buick Enclave review
Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

2026 Buick Enclave review
We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.
