Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair

This is the first Buick I've ever owned -- the 2017 Encore had a bit of a refresh in styling from the year before, both in its exterior and interior -- best was the interior refresh. The touch screen is now integrated into the dash -- no "stand up" screen as before. I have the next to highest trim level, the Essence -- dual zone HVAC controls for the front seat passenger and driver, and leather interior. Great gas mileage -- the turbo charged four cylinder does a good job -- a bit louder engine sounds than a six cylinder. Overall, a great little car.

Great car so far, I thought it was for older people but more of a younger vibe to me. Rides great, no outside road noise, comfy and love the handling.
They all went above and beyond to make sure I had a brand new vehicle to go home with and have a payment I can afford monthly. By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

Best value car in its class, lots of storage, great mileage, some weird interior styling choices but feels nice overall. Definitely the best small SUV on the market you can get barely used under 20k right now.
Just dropped in and problem diagnosed and repaired while I waited.

The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
I purchased my Chevy Z-71 pickup here 9 months ago and it’s my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned!!! This truck was in great condition and they gave me a tremendous deal on it! Very fair and honest! I just bought my girlfriend here to buy a car and had another great experience!!!!

So far the vehicle has met our needs. It has plenty of legroom, is easy to get into and out of, has plenty of room for cargo, and hopefully will handle well in incelement weather.
We saw a car a 2015 Honda Civic on the dealers website. Then decided to go to right to the dealership. Max was are salesman. He helped us right away and got us the car we were looking for. He was patient and very knowledgeable. It was the best car experience I've had in a long time. I would recommend Automotive Avenues and Max any day.

Gravely disappointed in the Buick Encore. In for repairs twice in the last month. First time rebuilt engine and replaced rear brakes, two weeks later, replaced rear brakes again. Went back to the dealership and he priced the buy back at 50 cents on the dollar. This for a year old car with less than 12,000 miles. Bad deal.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

This new SUV is amazing. I had my KIA sportage 2000 for 18 years and love it. I did not want to trade it in until I test drove the Buick. I love this SUV, it drives nice, looks nice, and it was the right size for me to make the decision to get a new car!

This car looks nice from the outside, but in the first 20000 miles it has been in the shop 3 times, not charging, coolant leak, brake shift interlock solenoid failure. It is way under powered, and the engine has a tick in it at 25,000 miles. This car is a piece of ....
Before I found this dealer in 2006 we hated to go for a new vehicle because of the dealer games. We found Jim Curley and went there. No games. Bought 7 vehicles from them. Never a hassle. They are up front with everything. No surprises. Cynthia has been taking care of us along with Jim Jr and Sr. The service department is OUTSTANDING. If looking for a vehicle do not pass this dealership up.

Overall, my Buick encore all wheel drive is a nice ride. However, my general experience with the auto stop technology is not good. Within two years, the auto stop feature caused my brand new battery to die, leaving me stranded On a major roadway in the middle of rush hour.
