Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer. I had space to think and make a decision that didn't feel forced. Even when I bought my new car, everything was explained in detail and they made sure to give me time to ask questions so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. As a first time car buyer, this was a dream of an experience. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Lou Bachrodt is second to none. If you live in the Rockford area, this is the place to shop for a car and make sure to ask for Steve!

Napleton Cadillac Rockford review
Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated. The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.

Great people. Great service. Highly recommend Erick and team. They will give you a solid deal
2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

Sales went well despite my differences with one of the charges but it worked out just fine. One issue was when I picked up the car and my wife drove it home about seven miles away I pulled it into the garage and noticed we had only eight miles to empty on the gas gauge. So they sold me a 27K car with an empty tank!

Napleton Buick GMC review
We had an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience at this dealership from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. Buying a vehicle from Seann Omara was particularly wonderful— he is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we got the best deal possible. We left very pleased and would happily recommend Napleton Buick GMC to others!
2026 Buick Encore GX review
I wish it did consume less fuel. Also, the engine noise that you can hear while driving, give a sport feeling so if you want just luxe and confort, it may distract you. But It's a very good car, new modern look and confortable....

Took my mom to buy a pre-driven Camry. Car was there, clean, and ready to go. Test Drove, no issues. In and out fast, no games. No pressure. Good Sales Price. Worked with Mike Rubino, good experience! Would Highly Recommend Him!

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

Hertz Car Sales Des Plaines review
I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.

2026 Buick Encore GX review
We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

Hertz Car Sales Des Plaines review
Like so many have said before, this was a low pressure, no hassle experience. Brian did a great job of answering all our questions and showing us various cars in our price range. This was the third car my wife and I have purchased from Hertz and we would not hesitate to buy our next one there. I hate the usual car buying process, but the no haggle pricing makes decision making easy - and the prices are very fair.
