As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

The staff are very nice and easy going. We looked at several vehicles and found a truck we liked but didn't think our credit was going to be good enough. We were shocked when they got us approved and got the truck we wanted. The owner and managers treated us great and we will definitely be back for all of our future vehicles!! Highly recommend them if you want a nice and friendly car buying experience. Thank you guys!!

Hgeg here in Houston is by far the best dealership that I have ever been to. Bryan and Jerome were super friendly and very reasonable and respectful the best sales people I have ever had the chance of working with and being serviced by I definitely will be back in the future they helped me find my 2017 Land Rover Discovery First Edition and I love it and I can’t wait to recommend them to family and friends
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Daniel was great. He was very responsive when I was contacting him about the vehicle before I ever decided to make the hour drive to actually see it. Once I arrived he was great to work with and quick to get the sale completed. Sometimes buying a car can be a drag and take all day, but I was in and out and driving away in my new truck in less than 3 hours total. Daniel even reached out to me that evening and the next day to thank me again and to ask if I’d be willing to refer potential buyers his way. Absolutely I will. If I need another truck anytime soon, I’m calling Daniel!

I always get good service for my Lacrosse when needed. The only thing this time was the wait time. I did have an appointment at 11:30 but because of the large amount of vehicles needing to be seen I was there all day. However my car is still in good condition thanks to the great mechanics. Can always trust you get top notch service.

Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend
