I purchased a 2012 Impala from Ken Houtz Chevy based primarily on the great service department. I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.
My only complaint is my vehicle was due for an inspection and they did not tell me. Three days later i realized I had a 10 on my windshield. I was there on the 8th my day off!! Now i have to arrange either for time off or a ride.
I love this dealership, our salesperson Katie is awesome. She knows about every vehicle and remembers us year after year. She knows to only show us a car or truck in red and my husband had particular needs from our vehicle. Ken always stops to say hello and makes sure we know he is happy .to see us come back year after year
Badara made me buying my first car experience wonderful . He was very focused and attentive to my wants and needs . He also made sure the process was smooth and any question i had they were answered . He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and made me feel comfortable . He was not "pushy" and helped me with exactly what I needed. He was friendly, courteous, and made me feel very comfortable in my first car buying experience. Everyone made my nervousness fade away. My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Thank you Mike and all the other wonderful people that handled my services, I appreciate you.
