Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

Have had this car for a month. Everything is so well laid out and the MyBuick app is so easy to navigate. The mileage is fantastic. This is my first new car (ever) and my 3rd Buick overall. I love it!

The only reason I gave the interior a 4 is for the icons on the informations screen for Music, information and home, etc. are very dim and hard to see, especially during the day. After a while you know where they are and can just touch the area to get to what you want.

We were happy with the service and time it took to complete our purchase. A sales rep (Jerry) worked with us over the phone and had many documents ready to go and prior to our arrival.

The reason why I am writing this is because I know the mileage is off because there is no way I can drive 100 miles in the city in one day it's not possible. This is a complaint for me because I feel it needs to be looked at.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Comfortable and so very pretty!! I put on many miles a day and the gas mileage has been great. This was a great decision on a great car.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.

Dealer add ons are extremely high, we were able to work on some of those numbers. Still high after bargaining, but I agreed since I wanted this truck. When Mariah came back with financing option, I come to find out that we can't finance outside, it has to be their financing or pay cash! Can you believe this? After everything done with salesperson, had to wait for finance. Sat for over an hour &1/2. Employess kept walking in & out of finance office, some eating, while customer just waiting.

I unexpectedly wound up leasing a 2022 Buick Encore GX. I have been very happy with all of the features and performance of the vehicle. It is peppy, handles great and is quite comfortable. A small step down in size from a Chevy Equinox and it has worked out extremely well.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

I bought this car 9 years ago as an ex hertz car. It had 24000 miles and now it's only got 52000 miles. The reliability is bulletproof so far nothing has ever gone wrong (touch wood). I've owned 33 cars and this car has Honda/Toyota build quality and reliability. The downsides are I find it very thirsty, I've never managed better than 22mpg in mixed highway driving. i find that the car is quite gutless but it's fit for purpose. The resale on these is worthless so I plan to keep this car until it dies. I have other cars but this is still my daily driver.
