I am extremely pleased with my new 2017 Cadillac Escalade, and my purchase experience with Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth was excellent, from start to finish. Jason Delaney was my first contact, and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through this entire experience. As I discussed with Jason, I had set up an appointment with one of your competitors, but decided to check with your dealership, hours before going. Jason returned my call, and based on my discussion with him, I decided to change course and work with your dealership. Jason was personable, very knowledgeable, and professional, and worked to make (an experience I usually dread), very comfortable and productive. I give him my highest recommendations.
I also want to acknowledge the great job Jason did, in finding and securing the specific vehicle I was requesting. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and focused, which was reassuring. I have been looking for a new vehicle, to replace my Cadillac CT6 which has been in an accident. I came to your dealership, pretty certain about what I wanted, and just needed to get a closer look and a test drive to be certain.
Your finance manager made the completion of required paperwork, a painless and efficient experience. He was prepared and highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed with all of your team, including those I met and those who assisted me, at different points in the process. Jason also was very efficient in providing instruction and review of my new Escalade, and I am very grateful, but still learning the all the new toys.
I am looking forward to my many years with the Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, and using your service staff, to keep it in great condition. I plan to refer many friends and co-workers based on my positive experience.
