I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I needed a car very badly but wasn't ready for one because i never imagined i could get what i actually wanted! Then a deer changed all that. My Dad suggested we go to Crivelli's because he always has a great experience with them every time he brings in work vehicles.
In the age of huge car sales 'monopolies' in the it's nice to have a dealer that will listen to you and what you want and need from a vehicle and make you feel like your car purchase is the most important one! You can always find the same people to help you and are genuinely glad to help you with any problems or questions! You do not get lost in the shuffle here!

The body is gorgeous, the inside is awesome, the drive is smooth. It's not a metallic gray but it's more of a champaign color. My dash is black leather (beautiful). My seats are leather and heated (just in time for winter ??). The BEST PART OF ALL is the REMOTE START, LOCK AND UNLOCK KEYLESS ENTRY ?????. This was the best Birthday gift.
I recently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali from North Star GMC. The sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, but this had no affect on how I was treated. They still did everything they could for me. What a great place. I know I wouldn't receive such polite service elsewhere

This car meets my needs and is very comfortable. Handles fantastic and rides great too. I couldnt be any happier than i am with this car.

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair

Buick doesn’t back their product

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.

I’ve been looking at Regals for quite some time and was happy to purchase a 2017 yesterday. I’m 6:3’ and weigh 275 and there is plenty of room for me to stretch out my legs. I like the length in the bottom seat as well. It has plenty of zip and handles awesome.
It was my best car buying experience ever! I needed a good used car for my son. I found this car on the internet and it was in his price range. Their salesman, Bob Guckert, was fantastic and very professional! i explained what car we wanted see and we took it for a test drive. There was no pressure to up sell us. The reason for purchasing this car was it is high up like an SUV but smaller and more fuel efficient. I feel safer driving on the freeway every day. It runs very smoothly and the soundproofing inside the car makes for a very quiet and peaceful drive and it has a great sound system. It also has enough room in the back for transporting equipment. I am very pleased with it.
Friendly people. Honest about the truck they showed me. We did not make a deal, but I appreciated their time and honesty. They were not able to give me the amount for my trade in that I was looking for.

This is my third Lucerne. Made the mistake of going to a Verano for 3 years (still a decent LITTLE car) after my second. Switched back to a Lucerne, and I am delighted! 2009 CXL. Best car ever! Named it Octavia since I bought it in October.
