Since I had never worked with this dealership before, I read several reviews and found very positive feedback, so I decided it would be worth driving out of town to work with the Skyline team. Manny Temkin was the Sales Associate I worked with on the phone and in person, and Manny did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the whole process. He is very courteous, respectful, helpful, appreciative, knowledgeable, and very willing to provide or find answers to any questions I had regarding my new car. He also told me how important it was to him and his team to make sure the customer has a great experience, and that they take great pride in making sure the customer is satisfied with their car buying experience and delighted with their new vehicle. I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

Love the car..I'm a mechanic by trade and the car was actually givin to me for free because it had some engine noise due to a Walmart oil change so I just replaced the v8.didnt think I would like it as much as I do.hit a deer and just bought another for replacement parts.its dependable ok on gas considering it a V8 all wheel drive.interior is nice and roomy tows a trailer great love the air ride..one of the best Cross over suv I have ever owned.
